Yea all good Ronin mate - fingers crossed for our Petro Matad pay day. Hope your good. Recently sold out of Vast as my patience was exhausted - small loss but no great shakes, still holding a pile in Solg and dabbling here and there. Keep up the good work with the diagrams, I’m sure many here will agree they are very useful.

Added to my position here again today - happy to keep adding periodically. Why do you want a spike Utah (are you trading this stock ?) doesn’t matter to me I make no judgement on how one earns their money - just interested. Keep up the good posts guys my thanks to the very knowledgable crowd here - my medical knowledge is zero, but my interest in learning more about this has been ignited by you guys.

I’m happy with 60p options for the workers - would have liked to have seen options proposed for directors at 80p plus. It’s a bit tough to vote on it without knowing - why they are being granted, why 3yrs term on them, and is this some sort of dilutive protection against a hostile bid (don’t know much about that final point personally - but recall reading about it from somebody). MRE2 and PEA is going to smash the price upwards over the next few months anyway - and once we are at £1 plus I’m sure the 60p options will be forgotten about by many current objectors. 60p options is a 55% premium to current SP so not beyond the realms of typical levels. I need to mull this over further in my mind.

Different opinions in terms of the new options - that is of course to be expected. Options typically have an expiry date - in this case 3yrs - typically options can be exercised ‘any time’ prior to the expiry date - often there will be a period called ‘vesting’ this is the period of time until an option becomes exercisable - holders would need to wait until the option has vested before they could exercise the option if they wish. Typically it’s better to exercise your options towards the end of the expiry date as that’s hopefully when the share price will be at its highest point (obviously this is not always the case) Options can be bought with a private individuals own money and could then be held beyond any previous expiry date. Options can also usually be bought without having the funds - you must buy and sell immediately - most brokers will allow this and execute on your behalf - the holder profits if the SP is higher than the option price and the broker takes a cut - if the SP was lower than the option price this method of execution would not be available I’m not sure of the terms of the Solg options but the above is typical of options. Also no comment from me on if these options are a good or bad thing - but NM doesn’t make many wrong moves - so I for one will trust his judgement

I’m not sure what games are being played on this board - I have no doubt some are ‘at it’ as I’ve experienced it many times on other boards. For me today I wanted to apologise for my Friday night rant (somewhat fuelled by 1 to many drinks), I was somewhat over the top and got pulled on the fact that some of the points I made were not founded in fact - I accept this and apologise. However although my rant was over the top my sentiment here has remained the same and as such and true to my word I have reduced my position here by 50% through yesterday and today. I don’t like selling at a loss (who indeed does) and I may have got my timing terribly wrong (wouldn’t be the first time) - but I do feel better that I have acted on my ‘gut’ feel. I’m still in here with my reduced holding and I wish all the LTH’s all the best especially those that post with fact derived from much personal research. Anyway that’s it from me - more of an apology for my Friday night outburst. Take it as you will. DG

GreciansFan - fair comment, and I may well have been a little knieve (I accept that) I also have no issue with any investor who benefited from the placement. I’m here to make money and wish others the same so if they benefited then all to the good. I guess my grievance (if I can explain) is the feeling I have that the board are not being straight (could be my own wild misinterpration and more than happy to accept I could be completely wrong (hope I am)) I don’t like lies - and feel I have been lied too currently. Let’s hope this is rectified in short order and faith restored

Appreciate your comments Wham - but providing my comments on another BB would be rather unhelpful when they relate to what is going on here. Listen mate - I don’t want to be negative (I’ve got my own money here) but I just can’t ta ra ra ra a stock which I’ve got a bad feeling about - many many posters will plug a stock in a vein hope of it providing a positive outcome (it won’t) and believe me I don’t believe my negative opinion will cause any change in SP - I’m not a deramper, I’m not looking to trade up down or sideways - all I’m saying is there has been (or may well have been - consider ones own bias) a lot of faith from private investors from what had been previously posted over the last few mths on this site - currently its not turning out to be correct (it may in time , and I hope it does for you). what I would really like is ‘honesty’ from the board (wouldn’t we all), to install that honesty it would be good to start telling the truth - and a good starting point on that would be to do what you say

We won’t be raising at these lower levels - but he has - and if that effects you personally or doesn’t effect you matters not - what matters is it will have effected some people - so if you have or haven’t been effected financially today - some will have been. (Unless your in the ‘club’) I’d like to hear from some of our more esteemed positive posters on here - how did you get on in the placement (oh and id like to add - honest answers only please - like I’ve said I’m no muppet here guys and I’m sure many others whom you bepart your daily knowledge with would also like THE TRUTH)

I’ve been thinking about today long and hard - it’s true I’ve had one foot out the door for a while and have been looking for a reason to stay invested. It hasn’t happened !. Of course that may change and all of the steadfast investors may yet reap their rewards - and you know what I really hope they do - as it’s the humble man in the street that deserves the reward for their risk - but it’s not coming chaps - not here. I and you also have been lied too, don’t bleat to me about this is Aim and on Aim we get placements (I KNOW THAT), I’ve been an aim investor for a long time (I have made and lost a lot of money - so I’m no flippin mug) placements are fine but being lied to is not. Unfortunately or indeed fortunately this is a commercial world and people (Ceo’s Directors or indeed investors will screw you - this is a fact of life - they all have to bring home the dollar) You can choose to believe in the huge potential of the future or indeed choose to move on. Time for those with sense to take stock and probably exit with small gains or small losses - note the ‘small’ term at this stage - small can rapidly increase to large when directors are happy to lie. It had promise we all thought that, it’s why we all hit the buy button, I personally thought it had some substance and dreamt like many that 1 p or 2p was ‘immiminent’ - that’s now clearly nonsense , I also thought we had every chance of moving up considerably in short order (don’t make me laugh) - but my personal thought now is we don’t. We may play around at .55 get excited at .6 maybe even get a few heart palpations at .65 ..... but really is that worth the risk. Our CEO has lied - am I wrong ? —-But DG the big reveal is coming , it’s aim, hold on tight, patience is what’s required, give the guy a chance, wouldn’t want to be out of this, they have diamonds as big as footballs waiting to be picked up off the ground it’s just the whole world ( and serious analysts paid tens of thousands of pounds per week haven’t picked up on) haven’t noticed yet - - —- once bitten ........ will leave the rest to the hopeful

Nope - what he does is stay quiet - not state there will be no lower placing - which then becomes a lie. Like I said it’s not the placing it’s the lie. Anyway I only have circa £15k here so what I do is somewhat irrelevant

I’d hazard a guess a large portion of those buys are from ‘in the gang - in the know investors’ who sold at .6 knowing this placing was coming - don’t be fooled that it’s new money. Also a few trying to average down - careful it’s a slippery slope

I have no problem with a placing on AIM and very much understand the mechanism which AIM is there to forfill. It’s not the placing that angers me - it’s the fact we were told ‘No’ placing at this lower level - it’s the lie that angers me. However each to their own and I wish you well

He said he wouldn’t place at a lower level - he has and the way he was comfortable in communicating that lie is hugely troubling to me. CEO over at AST used to do the same thing - I exited that position as soon as my trust in him evaporated - tiny profit which if I’d held would have been a huge loss. For me my trust here has been eroded further and further - diamonds carrot still being waived but not sure what to trust now - also other investors were clearly in the know about this placement so we are ‘Not’ all sailing in the same ship. I’ll be selling in the near term happy to be looking for a new investment where my trust is reciprocated with the truth from the CEO - not much to ask ? Good Luck those choosing to hold - you deserve better

Let’s face it , it’s never nice to watch a pull back in price, but it’s enevitable in this game, I’m fully relaxed, pleased about where we are now compared to a few mths back and excited in anticipation of where we will be a few mths from now. Some great entry / top up prices in play now in a hugely derisked situation. Options need to play out right now and we have had a good run up - so I view the pull back as normal and natural. Those that see this out will be early stage investors in one of the biggest Copper mines in the world - so really matters not about day to day ups and downs - GLA

Thanks Terry - I’ll no doubt hold probably till the end of the yr - but really looking for movement to re-ignite my conviction. And good point by the way.

My patience is being tested here - I’ve always been of the mind of the huge ‘potential’ here - which I still believe to b true. Thing is it’s just not transposing to SP appreciation(and I’m not talking about the drop back down to 0.57 - I couldn’t really give a monkeys about that) - it’s becoming a Jam investment in my mind now and at that point (as I’m sure is the case with other investors) my mind begins to wander and contemplate alternative homes for my circa £10k - it’s been a fun yr or so but that fun has equalled about £50 in profit, which is enough for a good bottle of whiskey to console my self for lack of gains or celebrate my exit !
