Also to be clear - I’m not profit adverse and of course it’s always sensible and right to take some profits along the was - if you can get into a 100% derisked situation then fantastic - and maybe that will feed the strength to see this out to the end ....or maybe the end of the beginning..... 1 find might not even be the biggest.....NM is not walking away from this in its entirety in my humble....rinse repeat....rinse repeat (although rinse might not be the right word.....extract Full Value...repeat may be more appropriate)

Wholeheartedly agree with FR101- with those with the vision now and patience, temperament and resolve to see this out £1+ is a given - £2+ more likely. I’m not a ramper nor deramper - just a simple investor who has researched this inside out over the last 2.5yrs now. So £1 is now £2 on the doubling on MRE - when those values are actually materialised is anyone’s guess - maybe this yr - more likely at a point in time the following yr. I’m more than happy to wait and that’s the question each and everyone needs to ask themselves - sell on your target or maybe reasses that target as it may just turn out to be lower than many of us previously thought achievable. GLA whatever your choice....I think the darker days are behind us now

Good start for me here - I’m liking this share - has the feel of something that has the legs - my thanks to my personally respected Solg investors who in part shone the light for me in this direction.

What timescale do the LTH’s put on a potential sale (I appreciate that of course is the million dollar question, and will also highlight where I am on my own research - low on the knowledge learning curve ! ) - what I’m really trying to ascertain is - is the gut feel a sale could happen in six mths - more likely 12mths or realistically longer term. Do I have time to build my position ? Added today by the way :-)

Aim expert - was an ex-trader - he was always open about it - he returned to make some money to pay a tax bill for his farm - which he achieved through Solg and then sold up and disappeared. Taking him on face value I don’t think he did much wrong. His requirement was of a short term nature and posted as such , his posts had short term bias at the forefront of his mind. That position/view was not in the main held by the LTH steadfast community - didn’t mean it was wrong (in the short term). Anyway I liked the chap.

Hi DBW - hope your well my friend. Modest 120k I’d say that was a nice sized holding to be kicking off with ! (One mans water, another’s wine etc !!) Your right most holding Solg will be holding now for the next chapter on the journey - but in time the search will be on for the next exciting one - lot of money been generated their and will need a home - once the champagne bill has been paid ! Ship - FWIW I’ve been buying VOD recently (LTH for divi’s and a bit of diversification) - not sure if that’s a good sign - but at least it shows me and your Mum are thinking along similiiar lines !

Swest42 - IRR will benefit by association. I joined the party here yesterday (not that me joining is a huge benefit !) - with a very small position which I'll increase over the coming weeks. I'm a LTH in Solg - from the 3.5p days - and looking to repeat the experience here. From reading back through this seems like a pleasant and well researched board. And with Bozi and Pinot on-board (Hi Guys) things cant go too far wrong
