Have just bought £11m at 40p off market trade - who sold them ? And why no Solg RNS ?

I own both GGP and SOLG and obviously believe that both can do very well from both respective Current SP’s

Grounding Bottomz, a lot of home truths in your post and I’m sure will ring the bell of truth in a lot of minds. For me I’m settled in here and would welcome an early takeover but think longer term is where the real value will out - and for me it will be far north of £1 - roll on the new licenses I don’t view it as as speculative now as some of the companies who have the ability to double or more in short order (glad for your winners) - if so inclined I’d also advocate holding the likes of GGP for the chance of multibagging returns and IRR is running through a bad patch - but ramps aside I do believe Solg will deliver so very pleased and comfortable to have a large chunk of cash invested here Night All

Maybe Newtoit - PEA should certainly warm things up again, and I’m without doubt that the Chinese will indeed be running the rule over Solg (Did you know the Chinese keep all the gold they mine - they don’t sell any ! Just something I read the other day) whether they actually end up owning Solg or not though is debateable - BHP will not let go of this without a fight But a fight is probably a very attractive outcome for us here

The board at times does descend into a complete nonsense which is a shame Some very knowledgable people though and through all of the board chat rooms pitfulls, battles and bad points for me some of the people I have met through my time here have outweighed by ten fold any of the challenges It’s just unravelling and identifying the good guys which can be exhausting

Bottomz, FR - you make reasonable points and observations But better when it was in the 20’s !! I’m not having that - think back to the cretins who populated the board at that time - misleading and spouting nonsense - not for me that period of time Are you guys on Twitter ? There is a group if you were interested in joining - I for one would like to chat and pick your brains on a few things in a far more relaxed atmosphere

I’ll even stick a few quid in WRES next week - if WRES investors wanted to buy into Solg they would be more than welcome here, we could all start off in a more civil mood. Good weekend all

(Think I’ll just have to keep it to myself) Chaser - what a lot of wasted posts this morning - spend your time reading up about our CEO and Solg - then come back and I’ll debate anything you like about this company - I believe your tone may change somewhat though and you may even need to be a little humble (if you are honest enough to admit your misdirection) - just a little reading may wet your appetite for further research and after that I’d hazard a guess you’d become a buyer at our present sp and well beyond it

Hi chaps, a good weeks reading here (in the main). Markets are having a tough time of it of late, matters not in the big scheme of things, just the nature of long term investing. I take a great deal of comfort though that I have plenty of little Solg tickets tucked away, I’d like to see a firm move above 38.5p and believe we will get it pre Xmas break, a regional update, cascabel update, license news could all be well received and could give us the energy for a little run upwards. Then in just a few more short weeks we will be in the PEA time zone which I’m really looking forward too. I have a target price in the £’s for Solg - I mean does anyone really believe we’d be sold at anything less than £1.8b - in my mind not a chance in hell. The longer we go the higher the eventual price and it’s that in mind I’m more than happy to hold for as long as it takes. Anyway some good reading here this week so thanks chaps good weekend all

FR - I know mate - I also know that the interpretatiom of what was said and not said has been somewat confused through the process of multiple posts. (Strider righlty called you out on something that may have been misconstrued by the PI's who view these boards - you have built up a bit of an anti fan club ! (you know and play on that though !) - what is happening here now is a play on words / a play on grades etc - for a personal will of battles

So for the lay-men - like me - Everything is good nothing to worry about - In fact it is more than good - it is world class one of very few and something that doesnt happen to often

There are some extemely well educated investors on this board who are debating some details (which could run and run) - but the bottim line is this - In my very humble opinon - we are undervalued - we are led by a CEO who is world class and who's interest is aligned to our our very own personal gratifiaction, this is the real deal - which is highlighted by the fact that we are not debating on these boards with the typical - 'dont wanna be out of this this weekend', etc etc etc posts - we are getting to the stage where some clever guys are debating over technicalities.

Lay men - its bloody massive, its undervalued - would you pay £5b for a £100b aaset (maybe 110b maybe more (and thats one of 11 !!!!) - yes ? then we are undervalued period - and thats it in a complete nut shell (the rest is noise)

Zeus - feels to me like Solg turned a corner this week as well - short term chart looked good - stength in an overall falling market was apparent - and always the chance that we could fly onwards and upwards 'off the handle' ! (My Insto observation was a pure guess - I have nothing to back that with other than gut feeliing so could quite hoenstly be entirely wrong) - but in summary was a good week. - Roll on 2019 - and maybe a santa rally into xmas to pop a smile or two on our faces.

Lets hope maybe NM will give us a little regional update pre-xams as a short term gift - and also keep fingers crossed the news will be met with a blue day !

FR you and i know (baiting and nonsence aside) 0.3% for the overall resource is not correct (Park that **** though) - but absolutlely mate we both also both know triple figues is a nailed on guarantee.
