Sorry correction. Long term future brilliant. Short term not so sure
I am heavily invested here now with an average of 1.35 after a big top up at 1.10.
I fear this is going back down to retest the 1 to 1.10 lows before it's big climb back over 1.65 to 3s or 4s.
The smart move would have been to sell at 1.70 and buy back in at 1.10.
But hey ho hindsight is a great thing.
Love term future brilliant. Short term not so sure.
I,ll take your bet and kick off with all 3. A reverse takeover by a natural resources company announced in an RNS accompanied by a cash call via a share placement at 0.06p. I wonder what odds I would get on that prediction happening. Any other bets?
Thank you Skiman for you good wishes and generosity. I think it is worth a punt. The current share price fully values the cash but values the projects at zero. There is a saying going around at the moment and that is that a million pounds in the bank for a Mining company is worth £10 million. Well TPJ have a million in the bank. My guess is a reverse takeover to gain the listing and then a cash call for new projects. With the cash and listing plus a little for the assets this is worth at least 0.6 ,double!!
No replies to my previous post so made my own decision. Bought 500,000 @.32 lunchtime. Shows as sell. But its my buy. I think this is a good gamble at this price. Time will tell !!!!!!!. So my average is now 0.32.
Any views as to what to do. Has the price dropped enough to buy in or is there more to go. Is the cash position supporting this price. Is this now just a clean shell for someone to reverse into. If that is the case and the assets are worthless then this will go down as the cash deminishes Any Views??
The problem with using the tax losses is simply profit. How many AIM pharma companies make a profit. Very few. How many unlisted pharma companies make a profit. A few more maybe but not a lot. That is why I am convinced it will be a natual resources company be it an exploration, investment, mining company who will reverse in. Fund raising by the issue of new shares is the key. Aim is full of such companies who keep raising funds by diluting shareholders. The time to make your money is now not once the reverse takeover has happened and a rights issue follows . This share will double or treble on speculation . It is then time to cash in
At these prices its a no brainer to at least double your money and in a shortish timeframe. Everything can't be 10 baggers. Sometimes you just got to look at a bit of good old fashioned profit that's there waiting to be had.
Just tried dummy sell. Offered .12 for 1 mill
Stupid mistake. Sorry
Bid up to .15 now
Your right . To use the tax losses it has to be a Pharma. My post was badly worded. I was making the point that it has to be profitable to utilise tax losses. That's why I think it will be a mining company looking to raise finance by listing and issuing more shares. It will be a cheap way and maybe the only way for them to raise cash. We all know what has happened to explores and their lack of cash raising abilities
Someone must know something. Don't think it will be a Pharma reversing.in More likely a private mining company looking to get a listing on the cheap. Don't forget the tax loses. (once newco starts to make a profit of course)
I wonder what today will bring. Surely there must be an RNS soon. Still reckon this is worth at least double or treble as a shell. Anyone else got any view on what the share price will be. I,ll kick off with O.28 after a spike to 0.4 on reverse takeover news.
Some of .11 sell trades are buys. I know. One of them is mine
I hope the company that reverses into this is a mining company. I believe the downward slope for most Aim mining shares is levelling out and turning the corner. There could be good profits to be made my just sitting tight. But then it all depends on who reverses in. Lets wait and see
I don't understand the current share price. The cost of bringing a company onto Aim is about £500k. With the cash in the bank and tax losses this share should be priced at 0.2 - 0.3 as a shell for a resources company to reverse into.Why then are we at 0.1. Am I missing something or is this way undervalued . In other words is it that rare find of a bargain share. I,ve just convinced myself to top up again!!!;;;
Fingers crossed that someone knows something
I will have a guess that something is happening. Another 2 mil buy. Its about time they finalised something. Didn't they say they had 3 interested parties?
Big buys. Does anyone what is happening. Reverse takeover maybe???? Or just speculative buying
