You'll find they are/were used on cheques, remember those, bearer bonds, remember those, share certificate, remember those....it's pretty old technology and last time I was involved in them they were just fraction of a pence. Even your humble medical prescription has/had built in security devices, remember those. The base paper provided by limited mills, inks had "markers" - chemical & radioactive....holograms are more for show than security. In fact, most stamps have less security features than your average commercial cheque.
They were only issued in physical format as a gimmick, the whole point of bitcoins is they are a mechanism of transfer and scarcity. There's a much easier option if you require non-state issued "in the hand" currency, silver and gold rounds.
Are you sure you are a collector ?you seem to know so little knowledge about Government issued secure papers? Maybe a bit specialist for your average stamp buff. Stamps, remember those....modern concept in comparison to cheques and bearers.

They have no intrinsic value, unlike other assets. You can't eat stamps, they are subject to changing demographics and fashion and you don't need them to survive! That's why the Millennials, who you spent a good part of last year saying were going nuts for stamps, didn't in fact find them an attractive assets class.
As we've seen you posting about the imminent recovery for, maybe, 3 years now, I'm sure there's plenty of time for more amusement. :)

Yes they do, but only coins that have been mined and issued in Khazad-dûm. Often associated with Nodens. They have a lower value and I believe are marketed as Mithril Coins, sometime just called "miths" or "myths" on the dark web. Linux offers a wallet for them, I thinks it's called the Gnome Myth Wallet, gMyth or "g-spots" Hope that helps ;)

Silver, gold & bitcoin can be used in fractional format. Try cutting your stamp into 4 and then get a price for it's revised face value....hahahah. Has anyone used stamp like this since 1970's crime movies? ;)
The world proliferates with services/real assets to transport cash and value, the most legitimate near cash, bearer bonds, have been in decline for decades. Diamonds are a much better option.

I prefer to hold my portfolio tech exposure via PCT and unlisted holdings. Anything that can move 30% in a day worries me, as it snacks more of speculation than investment.
PCT has served me well and is showing c470% upside since I bought it. Although not "tech", PEY & PEYS have decent enough yield and diversified growth potential, I'm up 50% on my Euro account and 20% on the Sterling account. Single company tech is fraught with dangers, it's why the Pro's run broad portfolios. On that note, I see Apple have added "regulatory risk" to their concerns over '21 and beyond. Although given the potential headwinds in fixed income, valuation being the major one, it's almost a proxy for bonds and I suspect would be able to pass on any cost inflation down the road. Buyers always be aware. If it can go up 30% in day, it can certainly also do down 30% in a day.

As Celine's unsecured creditors might never have been creditors of Debenhams PLC. If the creditors do get paid out, or someone else takes on the debt and guarantees, there will be some of the Celine 1 shareholder who are still creditors and will also be in line, as I believe as part of the process of funding Celine 1 they converted some of their debt into equirty and other parts into senior secured debt, so they'll rank ahead of other secured and unsecured creditors.

Most basically, if Celine is no more, does that mean that creditors essentially have given up their rights to any proceeds?
- No, becuase they are still creditors. In this case some are secured and some unsecured.
The secured creditors will have the security of the assets belonging to Celine 1, the assets of the business trading as Debenhams.
