RE: Seismic surveyor1 Mar 2019 19:14
I’ll give you my 2 cents compadre. Unfortunately the Seebee was drier than a packet of pork scratchings, and that’s a shame as there are no oil shows. Perhaps we have various excellent sealing shales compartmentalising the oil further down. The RNS highlights 4460 to 4530ft as an interval of interest. The winx seismic indicates the base of the nanushuk at 4700ft. Providing we haven’t surpassed the entire nanushuk interval already at shalllower than anticipated depths, there’s potentially further pay zone, with a juicy seal above the nanushuk 4 layer. We’ve gone from no oil shows at the Seebee, to weak/moderate at the early nanushuk, and I’m hoping for strong shows and a quality payzone further down the nanushuk and ultimately in the deeper Torok. For a relatively succinct RNS writer, who generally RNS’s whenever somebody farts, there’s a distinct lack of clarity on current drilling depth. Perhaps it’s for a reason as there is plenty still to play for over the next 72 hours. Has DW merely reported the hydrocarbons at this stage as per ASX guidelines? We shall soon see.
Anyhow it’s time to get away from the addiction that is share BBs and tune in to the mighty LEEDS united vs West Brom. Can’t handle a second implosion in one day.
Goodnight and good luck.
