Cd66 - I have been an observer of this board long before I even registered an account, you don’t need 15000 posts to be able to convey an opinion. For the record moneyhawk, when our flagship asset at icewine is targeting the Torok formation, it’s frankly a little alarming that our consortium partner is dismissing that the Torok fm at Winx is a viable target during his recent presentation. Not only that but also our MD can’t give an answer to the depth we are drilling to a matter of weeks before it’s due to spud - to a PI investor who has chipped in for years on end whilst the company wasted money here there and everywhere.. then the PATHETIC raising of over 500 million shares at 1p. How well does that reflect on the impending farm out when an exploration well we are the operator of isn’t even promoting the fact we are going to test it? And insult to injury Greg Bandits company has a SP almost 5x the value of ours. Wow! I bet GB is pissing himself laughing!

DYOR - You’re the new kid on the block by the looks of things. When you’ve been here long enough to witness perpetual cash raises, any shred of good news followed by immediate dilution, a constant overhang of placing shares, and irritable rampers who go wild every time the SP increases by 0.05, you’d probably be a little less enthusiastic. Lol this time it’s different though I’m sure! Good luck with your investment.

Moneyhawk - I spoke with Dave regarding the target depth. He replied “All will be updated at the same time prior to spud by the Operator (88E)”. Which i would assume is DW speak for we aren’t drilling the Torok.

Jiddy knows all about talking out of his Harris. Said he would leave the board for good if there was no farm out by year end as he’s 100% sure it’s gonna happen. Accurate prediction there fella.

Double checked for you Brom, the farm out mentioned in June investor presentation was to fund a Icewine horizontal. Not conventional, My mistake. Although I can’t recall a farm out or a horizontal drill in icewine. So again more bull crap.

Or the recent investor presentation which stated new 3D would commence in January. More fake news....

I’m only playing devils advocate. I want a farm out as much as the next person so I can sell up and get out of this share.

Moneyhawk. Here is a timeline (from RNS) of conventional farm out news..

June 2016: Target farm out
November 2017: Launch farm out process and firm up 1H19 drilling prospects (delayed.. moved to 2020 drilling program)
January 2018: Time is right to deal.
Febuary 2018:Farm out is planned for year end.
April 2018: Farm out process finally launched.
December 2018: Goalposts moved to Q1 2019

The point I'm making is throughout these long arduous negotiations DW writes it and dresses it up as though the farm out could drop at any time.. such as in November when DW was still publishing 'potential farm out by year end' when he will have known full well there was no chance of a signed, sealed and delivered farm out by that point..

Anyways regarding the HRZ though, the external Baker Hughes review hasn't even been completed yet, never mind the opening of the data room and then the lower number of specialized potential farminees taking a look at it.

There is absolutely no chance that the HRZ will be farmed out in 2019. Zilch. its taken nearly 2.5 years for a conventional farm out. The farm out 'process' hasn't even begun for unconventional.

Winx is targeting nanushuk 4 and 5 sands - are the other 26 drills nanushuk 1-3 or has 4 and 5 been proven??

How can we justify not drilling deeper into the Torok in the winx drill, when the Torok is also one of the main targets of our flagship asset at icewine?
Perhaps reservoir quality has diminished due to more extensive burial and compaction in the more westerly leases.
Or perhaps the Torok is rubbish and we are flogging a dead horse? Speaking of which where’s this farm out Davey??

I too received no response from the big man about a week ago, was related to FO but I wouldn’t call it price sensitive by any means. Sometimes it’s not what is said though, It’s what isn’t said that can be a clue. Total comms blackout just before the deal drops. Tier 1 major oiler partner, Cash up front, extensive drilling schedule, solid percentage retained...
