In my opinion, this is still grossly undervalued at £33m MCAP. UOG are producing over 3k boepd with a drill currently ongoing and another funded development drill after that, they could be looking at 4K+ boepd from Egypt within a couple of months. Not to mention another 30 odd targets with 80% success rate which are cheap to drill and funded by current production. Selva gas in Italy is also coming online later in the year as per Prospex oil and gas RNS the other day. News on farm out in Jamaica at some point in future too.
Compare this with the likes of RBD who produce around 250bopd and are valued at the best part of £50m, or 88E with no production and valued at £60m. Really is a no brainer, the low shares in issue mean that even though the SP is climbing, the mcap isn’t inflating that quickly. Loads of juice left in the tank yet.
Good luck all, could be a wild ride
