There’s a fine line between raising capital and over dilution at this stage of their development - they’ve already just raised £70m odd with warrants to match. Spend the war chest they’ve got now and they can raise more cash with smaller dilution at £1 per share in 9 months time. Crying over spilt milk or what

Fluorescent photographs will not get oil gushing to the surface in commercial quantities. It will get naive investors wet behind the ears though. Does anybody seriously believe that 88E will simply ride it out until next year - $9m needed for another well at harrier, plus more $ to do more work at merlin and more $ to drill at Umiat where they flowed 200-400bopd. Hardly going to support a £150m market cap!

The future looks bright for TXP, with several large discoveries. Most of these discoveries PER WELL are bigger than most AIM companies. However, the elephant in the room is that getting these wells connected is outside of TXPs control. They need to sort their lives out and get cascadara online. If Royston is a duster this will go <70p and into further doldrums until some
revenue starts hitting the bottom line. Production and dividends is nailed on but nobody knows when that will be - and the BoD have proven their timelines can’t be trusted. Coho was supposed to be 45-60 days and it’s been over a year. Frustrating
