I traced the warrents back to 2019 a few weeks ago. At that point (February 12 thread), I came up with a likely scenario that had 845 million warrents outstanding, so now In total, there should be only 845-114 = 731 million warrants in circulation, of which 472,725,148 are in the hands of our directors.

In the best case scenario, I had assigned 155,640,000 of these warrants to the fundraise of 2019, which would expire at the end of this year. If 114,000,000 of these are now exercised by a main shareholder, I see that extremely positive. They will not sell them in the market because that would be a fatal sign and send the book value of their remaining shares down.

Another time bomb is gone. The remaining 40,000,000 can not really hurt us no matter who exercises them and when.

And the fact that we didn't keep the money but instead used it to pay off debts that would actually only be due in a year makes me feel positive about our current cash position.

I personly do not worry re the £8.6m. The las AGM and more than one RNS of the past weeks are clearlyintended to increase shareholders trust regarding, options / warrants.

The probability of a placing should be very very low. If I undestood the Dezember AGM correctly, they are limited to €4.5m (~ GBP 4m), so a placing of £8.6m would require a new a general meeting. Guess that is not what they put on the table. I can't imagine, they were saying something like "hey, we buy your facility today for 8.6m, but will pay earliest after we managed to push a corresponding placing through a not yet announced future general meeting". If they really needed a placing, they would have maintained the sp in a better way and already sent out an invitation for a spontaneous GM.

If you look at the price of £8.6m, it is minimally below €10m. To me this looks like a ceratain "not more than ten millions" limit. I therefore expect continental money to flow.

It is not easy to rise during a sector drop. My H2 stocks all started at deep red today, for the third time in three weeks, while EQT bravely held at 2p and today even rose a little.

It is the end of the week, end of the month, but fortunately not payday for Taxes this time. But is still feels like the end of january. However, this time, we have a positive RNS. And since there was no RNS concerning Directors Deals or Exercises of options durimng the past weeks, Mr. Madden currentlty owns less shares than most of us and can't sell a fortune at abargain price at a sensitive moment.

My hope / expectation for today is 2.2p @London and later 2.65ct @ Stuttgart as soon as markets calmed down.

Germany will follow as soon as London moves up.

I moved some of my H2 investments to EQT this morning and bought a bigger qty in Stuttgart this morning at 0.024€ resulting in the current "ask" of 0.0245. I Expect to see at least someting like 0.0265 or more in Stuttgart today.

To answer your last question: Many of us have not given simple preditions, for some it was just hope or a personal target. And since moste of us have topped up severeal times since then, some personal targets can be reached at a lower shareprice now. I e.g. hoped for something in the higher 30ies. Today, even 30 should do. If I find a way to add some shares before we take off, maybe 29 or 28 would be enough :-)

Thanks. This board has become part of my life during the last one or two years, and has become even more intensive since we are locked down for quite a while now. Sometimes I even dream or think in english language after an exciting day.

Many of us wake up day by day, read tens of or even a hundred new posts before breakfast, at work or even at night on the toilet at night while the family is sleeping. Some write more, some less, some just read. No matter. Anyone who is here for more than two or three weeks is in for a reason. People may have differnt opinions, different intentions, but most of us hope to see this grow sooner or later. All others go away sooner or later.
In do not see a reason to impress anyone here, I do not know many here in person at all. So why not just talk about things the way they are. And that is what I do.

I would have preferred to see it "Free to Air" to start with. Sky is Pay TV and usually broadcasts such things on Sky Sport. They mainly show football and Formula 1, followed by tennis and golf. Most other sports are filler material. A subscription costs 30 euros per month.

Hope we get enough promotion and don't end up somewhere between snooker and curling.

Patience is the key. We had a similar drop in the middle of last week and recovered acceptable, but this happening twice should be enough.

The problem with the Nasdaq recovery for Plug et al is that most part of it happens when London is already closed. If we are on a rise past 16:30UK time, Tradgate may take us further up as long as the sector rises, but this will leave the ususal gap which is then closed by falling back to the closing time as soon as London opens the next morning.

Don't worry, the beers came after i decided to wait what London does. I have some rules after a drinking alcohol:
- don't drive
- don't talk about politics
- don't trade or close deals
Last point learned when I was a young man, selling german records to stores in Brussels and buying rare records there to sell them to specialized stores in Germany. There was one store where it was required to drink a bottle or two of sparkling whine with the owner to get things started. Most times it worked out fine, but one day I came home with an expensive record which I didn't know when or why I bought it at all :-)

I talked to my wife before going all in with afc and eqt a year ago. She's currently burnt at her job and happy to see that our money grows. Surely, AFC have already seen higher prices. But they already paid all my burnt money and lessons learned during my earlier stock market times. And they already paid a year off for my wife from this summer on. She doesn't stress me, even if we dip down 20%. We had the same dips around the same time last year, when Corona triggered the first shutdowns. It is the other way round. She even ensures that I have free slots at 7:00-7:15 UK-time (RNS and Tradegate) and at 09:00 UK-time (LSE open).

There is no need to worry: Normal life like food and stuff are paid from a different account. And there is always a box of beer in the basement :-)

Don't remind me of the mortgage. Yesterday was a special day: On Boxing Day I had briefly considered the to sell everything at 1.36 euros and buy back in later. Then I decided to wait and drink a few beer instead. The next morning, the London market makers did their evil work.
Right yesterday was the day when my AFC losses since boxing day exceeded my complete remaining mortgage. If I sold back then and bought back yesterday, I would have the same number of shares but my house would be fully paid. Yesterday I thought more than once:
"Those were the six most expensive beers of my life."

Finally. I couldn't have survived another day down there. Everything in me kept saying "buy more", but my bank account said "no".
I bought at 58.7p and 55.8p yesterday and then was annoyed that I ran out of money to buy below 50p.
I am absolutely maxed out. I wouldn't even have been able to buy more if the rate had turned into single digits.

We've talked about Top Gear before when it came to whether EV trials or something like that will be done during the launch of the charger container, and if so, where.
That time, someone found out that they live next door and that the tracks of the former airport are the testing ground of Top Gear.
Good to have them in. Will certainly provide some extra BBC attention.

Surely DP is on the way to become the next stock market rock star when he does so on. He is a different kind, as Mr. Musk, but he is on a good way.

At Tesla, market capitalization is not proportionate to what the company can sell. You pay with the future innovaitons, visions and the track of madness of the CEO. Since the CEO is very charismatic, that will be fine for a while. But Tesla hangs out to the whims of his own CEO in my view. When he said, "Use Signal", suddenly all my friends, whom I could not convince for years, appeared like popcorn in my signal contact list. When he said he liked Bitcoin, Bitcoin went through the ceiling and Argo had to buy additional ink to draw their chart. And when he says that Bitcoin had gone too high too fast, all suddenly snap breathing.

For EQT, this has been different for the last year: discreet RNS, then results, or a brief extension, but then delivered.

I have a small wall in the dining room. There I have hung a handful photos of friends and relatives. From 20+ Pence on, there is a place for a photo of DP, ... more precisely: the picture he has posted in recent months in his Thinking Man pose at Twitter. For 30+, I print it out in A0 size in an A4 printer, let my 6yo daughter glue it together and buy a new wall for it.

I don't think anyone specifically bought the very deep tips. You couldn't enter the order as quickly as the prices were down and up again. I rather believe that there have been some nonsense limit orders at this level for a long time, which have now actually been served. And in their own way they even did something good: They prevented further stop losses below 5ct from being triggered.

And since this is originally a Billingham thread, here is my opinion on it:

We didn't crash that far these because of things like Billingham, or Greece etc. which set us apart from the other H2 & Family stocks because we are at the point where real money could flow. We are in contrast to Tesla, Plug, Ballard, ITM, Fuelcell Energy, ... maybe already in profit next year. So our shareprice is not only based on long term promises and expectations.

It's not really common to first close a deal and then go around and see where you get the money from and when. So we hopefully have enough money in the pocket for our part and and a not yet mentioned partner for the bigger sums of the Billingham agreement. I'm not assuming that Billingham will require shares to be issued if they agree without a further delay.

Pedro: Did you see PHE at Tradegate today? That was the real boodbath. The drop to 6p in London triggered some kind of stop loss chain reaction down to 5ct (4.32p) at Tradegate. And there was quite some some volume that time ...

@Stuttgart, BID moved up from 2.25 to 2.4 cent. Ask remained 2.45. Very close

Tradegate opened at €2.52, went down to €2.50 and is now back up to more or less €2.80.

In Germany, the volume for Argo is still very small and Argo is more or less a playground for private invstors. The main german market for Argo is Tradegate. The volume today until now is e.g. with 66k shares @Tradegate vs. 8.7k @Frankfurt.
