ridrid1, did you read my final answer to tuesdays's "North Fork equity and profits" thread? We had 19.999% and we added another 15% in exchange for money they owed us.
If you are still not sure and wish to mail them, the website recommends IR@eqtec.com for investor relations for new and existing shareholders. But better ask for "North Fork" instead of "North Folk" :-)
Corresponds to a text module for our latest few Billingham rns and the Toyota rns:
"To date, four commercial plants have been built and are using EQTEC's technology. The oldest one, built in 2011, has operated for over 125,000 independently audited engine hours, receiving highly commendable feedback from leading gas engine company Jenbacher relating to purity of the syngas, reliability and efficiency."
We mention Jenbacher quite often these days.
The 0.1999% passus already appeared last summer (20200615 RNS Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2019). I think it is not part of the price for the15%. They'll just leave the profits with the company for the first few years to get things going and to create some financial leeway.
According to the current RNS (20210419 RNS Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2020), we have given a loan €1,150,609 to NFCP some day back (couldn't find any corresponding RNS, but should be 2020 because it was not in the books in 2019) which is now transformed into another 15% of NFCP.
In the end, EQT should hold 34.9999% in total at a price of €3,350,609. That is great, specially if you consider that we paid 2.2m in form of parts and material and already received payments of €1,650,000 for engineering this year. :-)
In Germany, LNG is very unpopular as "fracking gas". It is also politically explosive:
The US is pushing to become an energy supplier for Europe and to sell its fracking gas in the European market. But in Germany there was neither great interest nor support from the population. More like a rejection.
The whole LNG thing is also highly subsidized because it is much more expensive than normal natural gas from the pipeline due to compression and transport. The price paid by our environment not even considered. It is basically not competitive at all.
And that's where the whole thing becomes politically explosive: Many people here see the American desire to sell expensive fracking gas as the reason why American politics interferes in securing the German energy supply and threatens everyone who works on North Stream 2.
Nice to see that my taxes are being used for something other than subsidizing fracking gas and the associated infrastructure.
Did you recognise 28.12.2020? My personal favorite EQT trading day until now: We crossed 3p in London. After London closed, some fomo started at the German boards.
When Frankfurt closed at 8 p.m. they had 4.2 ct paid, and when Stuttgart closed two hours later, someone had paid 4.5 ct, which was an equivalent of 4p that time.
That was the day when I decided that I need some EQT shares located in Germany :-)

The German stock exchanges are open til 8 p.m. or 10 p.m.. On days with little volume, there can be smaller price eruptions up or down in the evening, which on the next day make the previous day's price look high or low. Frankfurt closed with a buy at €0.0238. The current spread is 0.022/0.025, so the next buy may turn it green, next sell may turn it red again.
Aniway: Frankfurt is irrelevant for EQT on nine out of ten days. EQT is mainly (and usually with the best spread) traded in Stuttgart. Frankfurt only gets significant volume when EQT has hit the media or boards again because Frankfurt is usually the first place to go to for all newcomers. But that flattens out again after 1-2 days and then the music plays again in Stuttgart.
MysticMike, I read the one line on wood from another direction: If there were a problem with the review or its content, they wouldn't have mentioned it in the RNS. To me this shows that the process/content of the wood review should be ok so far.
I was just wondering why we struggle with 72p of all things. Until I accidentally clicked on the US OTC google bookmark:
https://www.google.de/search?q=otcmkts%3A+AFGYF
I know we have barely any volume in the US so far. But we are obviously trying to stop being a penny stock from a US point of view: 72p = US $ 1
Same feeling here. After Qualia144 posted "Canaccord bid/ask: 1.75 / 2.25" yersterday, it feels like they either finished buying or are very careful. If they have finished, we just need a trigger to start.
Based on that feeling I sold some AFC yesterday to top up here. From today's perspective, that wasn't my best decision, but I'm confident things will look very different by the end of the month. :-)
DW, I also read that link and some others. The statements in the RNS seem positive, but what I don't like is that he seems to be a man with many stations/positions, some of them (including the most recent I found) left out in our RNS.
Recyclingtechnologies Press release (20.Dec.2019):
"He has a wealth of Alternative Investment Market [AIM] & Main Market experience, serving on the Boards of companies such as Chloride Group plc., Rotork plc., Spirent Communications plc. and Gooch & Housego plc where he is the current chairman."
Our RNS:
"He has a wealth of AIM & Main Market experience and is currently Chairman of Gooch & Housego plc as well as being a Non-Executive Director of Spirent Communications plc."
See, we left out some ot them in our RNS, including Recycling Technologies, where he started only a little more than a year ago.
However, the last steps of our board have always been like a piece of the puzzle in the other. I am sure they have chosen him carefully and know more than the RNS gives. Hope one of his gifts is to get ships on track :-)
Welcome Gary!
Croqman,
this could be because Germany for a long time not a kingdom or state in the true sense of the word, but always a collection of kingdoms, duchies and areas of influence of rich commercial or aristocratic families who were sometimes the German Empire and sometimes opponents in wars.
At the time when the first stock exchanges in Europe were created, it looked something like this:
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/83/HRR_1648.png
Even today we are a federal state. Just no longer from principalities and duchies, and the nobility was abolished. Today we have federal states and the titles of nobility as such have been abolished and are only used as part of the name. And our federal states are still self-sufficient in many respects, e.g. in education and the police.
By the way: According to Wikipedia, UK once had several stock exchanges too. They were just integrated to the London Stock Exchange.
