Now comes the hour of those pi who wanted to make quick money with the placing via primary bid and who are now happy to get their money back a few weeks later.

Fortunately, they all sell over 1.5p, so the shares will no longer flow back into the market below the placing price. And it creates volume.

A few hundred thousand more, then we can hopefully continue.

There was once enough in my pig for a million shares or two. But that has already bought me a million shares or two.

This morning I seriously thought about selling 1-2 million in Stuttgart and buying them back in London.

Unfortunately the stock sales in Germany are "first in first out", so I would have to pay 28% CGT and duties instantly on profits from stocks that I bought at 0.36-0.45p. In addition, I would have to pay the stamp tax and the large spread in Stuttgart. It would have taken about 8k euros from my system which was a little too much to me.

On Friday we were close to making the jump over 1.50 at noon. Only one MM (MREX) was missing. Then we had a short sell-off period and instead of MREX going up, WINS joined them at 1.50.

As placing price, 1.50 is an important psychological hurdle. When these are taken, we are one step further.

The good news: Towards the end of Friday, WINS were sold out again and went up to 1.55 with the ask. And if you look at the last trades, MREX could also be on the edge. A few hundred thousand shares would be enough to get the ball rolling.

Wish us all luck. We are in a situation where the market is short and a small number of traded shares can generate or destroy a large amount of market capitalization. In my opinion, we only need some early buys of a million or two tomorrow morning to get the ball rolling, even without further news.

I think carbon capturing is a bad joke. We can't manage to safely store finite quantities of nuclear waste for a few thousand years. How are we going to do that with infinite amounts of CO2?

I live in the Ruhr area, an area where there was a lot of industry because there was a lot of coal here. A thousand meters below my part of town it looks like a Swiss cheese. Today you have to dig and build according to special guidelines, because the layers at a depth of over 1000m cannot hold back the methane gas any more. And that already applies to things like drilling a well or digging a building pit and continues with gas drainage under the foundation and specially sealed cellars so that methane does not collect under the cellars or ceilings.

With carbon capture, the CO2 is not gone, but only somewhere else for a limited time.

I am also critical of the biochar issue. Basically, it is a good idea. But if you don't go through the steps C-> CO and CO-> CO2, about two thirds of the potential energy remains unused. If it is already "green" to completely convert biomass into energy, no one will forego 2/3 of the energy and pile up biochar powder.

Alcoops, EQT itself is only a supplier, technology / service provider and shareholder / partner in these plants. If public money comes in, it will surely end up directly in the corresponding project SPVs. And the only details we get of the SPVs are when it comes to buying or selling shares, taking some profits or investing money.

Re North Fork: Fifteen years ago, North Fork received a $ 5M grant . Back then for a consortium of Phoenix Energy, LLC and the North Fork Community Development Council. At that time, however, there was still talk of a 1MW forestry-fueled biomass plant. I cannot say whether the funds are still on the table.

There are currently two trades today: A pocket money mini-UT at 1,364p at 8:00 and the, five minutes later, a buy of 1,686,787 shares at 1.438p.

I have no idea, why the London South East website nails the SP to the UT price. Sometimes I think that's on purpose.

Shannon decision due date is 26/07/2021. The latest received documents (Shannon Airport and Health Service) sound very positive. Carbon Sole seems to do a good job there. Until now, we are in time.

Looks like either our MMs are fully loaded for tomorrow (which ensures they won't go below 1.4x tomorrow) or someone built a nice position over the day (which could be the reason for sudden our rise).

EQTEC Italia MDC Srl is expected to generate annual revenues of c. €2,000,000 and EBITDA of c. €750,000

And this:
The O&M contract value for the Company is expected to be approximately €215,000 per annum;

and this:
specifying EQTEC's role in the supply of technology and design and construction support services for the Plant at a total value of €1,750,000

So we get:
a single revenue vof 1.750.000 for building plus
an annual revenue of 215.000 for O&M plus
a annual EBITDA of 150.000 (20% of c. €750,000) via EQTEC Italia MDC Srl

Not bad for a compnay "holding the remaining 20% equity interest in the SPV for a capital contribution of €482,000;".

2m SPV revenues . Wouldn't mix them up with EQT revenues. But the profits from that revenue are said to be 750k p.a. so I see 150k profits p.a. for us.

Five MMs with a bid of 1.4p, including CANA. Guess we won't go below that today. And only MREX with an ask of 1.45.

I think they will open the spread to 1.4 / 1.5 soon after the bell and give us a blue start and something like 1.47 for the end of the day.

CharlieBrown10, almost everyone is here for hope. If it could be proven or if there were facts guaranteeing that within a few days, weeks or months we would have a doubled or tripled share price, then we would already have those prices today. We take an assessable risk and hope that we will all be richly rewarded for it.

One of the toughest tasks of a CEO is certainly not to give in to pressure from the shareholders to spread good news at any cost and to make any promises that cannot be kept or cannot be kept within a reasonable time.

Their greed is my patience :-)

However, the final payment for our family vacation is due at the end of the week. Currently I would have to drop around 110k shares on Wednesday. Selling only 90k instead would be a nice thing. Not a game changer, but an RNS tomorrow or Wednesday morning would be nice.
