That would be bigger than North Fork with less people on the table and without US lawyers. Additionally lots of money saving synergies as the land is already purchased now and some infrastructure would not need to be built twice.

It's not that easy, but to make it simple: It is my wife. She is only reading at LSE and does not write anything. But we sometimes use the same computer, and if one of us forgets to log out, it can happen that I accidentally use her browser profile or vice versa.

And the story behind the name at alls: "Sack" was my "maiden name". Normally, Sack simply means a "bag", but unfortunately, the scrotum is often called "Sack" in Germany. When my wife said she didn't want to be called "Sack", we took her name back then before our first child was born. It's a shame, because the "Sacks" were an old German aristocratic family. But explain that to a woman who doesn't want to be called something that may mean "scrotum".

I still use the name "Sack" on the Internet, and I put "Der" with it. "Der" is a specific male article. "Der Sack" (male). Like "The Glenlivet". And "Die" is the definite feminine article, that's why my wife has the username "Die Sack".

She is premium, because she's the one with the credit card.

(a) Gerry needed money for the 120m warrants @0.25p (already exercised, GBP 300k after taxes)
(b) Gerry needs money for 67,304,542 warrants @0.67 (they expire 24.11.2021 otherwise, GBP 500k after taxes)

Odd sells "at any price" this morning. Someone changed horses thiks morning. We lost some pi money to PHE or EUA this morning. They'll be back soon :-)

Things are looking better than friday. If buying goes on like this, CFEP is cleared soon and after this only MREX to go. Still wondering, where MREX take such a lot of shares from. They haven't been buying for weeks.

Looks like the word of fool won't be driving the herd to an alternate stock anymore.

Had expectred us stable over 60p for the start of the week and was glad that I could top some up below 70 ct before the weekend. Even got some post weekend fomo this morning. But seeing us below Friday's closig at tradegate this morning made me sell my remaining Biontech trading position and buy even more at 0.675 ct and 0. 68 ct. I have eaten so much AFC that I can't even move any more.

Short week, so perhaps, after the long weekend, it will already take its way as soon everyone has strengthened and rearranged themselves at lunch today.

Agusta, it's nice that you're still here. I had allowed myself my break here because of some bad manners in this board earlier this year. Seems better now.

My AFC position is currently a bit down. I had to reallocate my mortgage and I could easily exchange AFC for money at Tradegate, while my holdings in EQT (my other large position) via London or Stuttgart could only be traded on low volume with a large spread.
I already have all of my children's shares back and some of mine, but it will take a while before I have bought all my own AFC shares back. So I am currently very happy that there has not yet been an outbreak and I buy more with every dip. I expect the big bang at the turn of the year, maybe a little earlier or later, but not tomorrow and not Easter. The period was fixed for me based on an interview of some kind. Can't say which or why. But if it weren't for that, I'd have real Fomo. There are currently increasing signs that real orders will come in the next 3-6 months. And I don't have an emergency plan for what happens next. :-)

I haven't written or read anything here for quite a while, so I hope that I am not coming around with something old:

At the beginning of last year there was the HiiRoc Agreement (RNS from January 2020). Today we talked extensively on the EQT Telegram channel about gasification, pyrolysis etc. and at some point RollonRetirement said to me:

This is an important step for Hiiroc, and if they are fully mature within the framework described, then it can happen that one day AFC will also really benefit from the development. After all, according to RNS, we have some exclusivities and usage rights, and DEA Wintershell is now mainly based on BASF.

Congratulations EQT, from today on, we have ten market makers. SING has joined us. No idea why,
but maybe someone else here has an idea or reason.

Anyway: Hopefully they have to buy some stock before they start trading :-)

Good morning CharlyBrown10, no need to worry. It were GM's shares which held us back below 1.50p. With the current low volume, his need for 300k pounds was enough to destroy a few million market capitalization.

It appears GM stopped selling when he had the money he needed. I'm sure he could have gotten rid of tens of millions more shares in the 1.3p range in the open market. But he didn't go on selling.

As a former CFO, he certainly knows more than we do. And if he saw our future below 1.5p in the medium term, he would have continued to sell into the market.

I didn't think that I could get anything good from him, but currently he's a reassuring indicator here.

Sorting the millions it seems. Looks like they don't wat to let us go.

We are suppliers, provide the technology and earn money from operation and maintenance. If we owned the facility 100%, we would issue most of the invoices to ourselves. But EQT's goal is to make a profit this year. This is only possible if you sell your things to others.

Incidentally, we couldn't finance entire power plants on our own: At €10m-20m per MWe for a new plant, our money would quickly run out.

So it is important that not everything belongs to us: We need partners. Partners who are similarly ambitious but whose skills are not identical to ours, even better: Complement our skills. And who are willing to take money into their hands and become shareholders in the SPVs.

MNRG develop projects and get involved themselves. They don't have to be green tech. If they are good at developing projects and have money with them or know how to raise it, that's exactly what we need. Maybe we can even paint them a little greener. What they then do with their share when the projects are finished (sell, generate returns) is up to them and has a long way to go. It is important that they make it possible for us to quickly get the small power plants back on the grid as profitable demonstration systems. You can't look behind the scenes. But what I've seen so far makes the impression that MNRG are highly motivated to get the ball over the line.

It is curious that they could sell all day at 1.5, although they didn't really buy shares.

I didn't expect them to have so much stock to be cleared, especially after they bought 9m shares on Wednesday evening. The 9m from Wednesday and the 3m from thursday wold add up to the missing 12m, but I expected the 9m to be bought to cover previous trades.

We'll see what today brings. Yesterday we had 4 MMs at an Ask of 1.5p and seeing several millions bought without even one of them moving up the Ask was very frustrating. Hopefully some pre-weekend fomo will bring us beyond 1.5p.
