I think the main reason for this step was that some people could have asked serious questions after the Directors’ Dealings RNS from 5th Feb stated that "Mr Madden is interested in, in aggregate, 224,879,591 options and warrants".

Knowing now, that we "have 709,291,703 employee-related dilutive instruments outstanding," in total makes it more transparent. Warrants for ten per cent more shares in the hands of employees are nothing I’d be worried about.

Hi, I am new here and bought my first DCTA shares yesterday. If there were more sells than buys during the last 24 hours, that may be because it was not easy to buy.

I bought my first shares yesterday in the morning without any delays or problems. But buying another 5k in the afternoon was nearly impossible:

I order from Germany and cannot call up quotes, so I placed a 1.40 limit order when the ask price was just over 1.30. After 15 minutes (!) I got a partial execution of 1,600 shares at 1.40. After that, nothing happened. I then increased my limit to 1.50, and soon later got the remaining 3,400 shares at 1.44. I guess, some people didn't buy because they simply couldn't.

Without the big trade (100k?) at 1.36 which appeared yesterday before closing, this would have even started blue. I guess MMs first needed to clear this position today before they moved the BID price up.

If they were really in ascending order then it looks more like several updates of the same trade, whic ended up in the 600034 trade, reported at 16:35.

And after 16:35 the same for the 200.266 trade which was reported at 16:37.

Let me quote my simple Tradegate rules from last week:

"On a normal day and without news, Tradegate just follows the direction of the last half an hour or the last hour:
- If there is a clear rising edge, Tradegate goes 3-5 cents ahead
- If there is a clear falling edge, Tradegate closes at the London price.
- In case of alternations, Tradegate closes 1 cent above London's level.
This happens most times, but not always. I would estimate the probability of this prediction to be 90%. But please DYOR and do not blame me, if it does not work out."

We had a positive RNS, but since the London sp didn't consider it, Tradegate didin't, either.

Divide it by 1.14 => 80p

I know, but this one is from today and some positiv press at the end of a bumpy week makes me a little happier.

Thank you for confirming. Thanks for confirming. In many places the brochure was not easy to read because there is quite a lot English vocabulary that I otherwise neither need professionally nor privately.

Hope they finished offloading. According to the RNS, they crossed the 3% threshold on monday. I am not a native speaker, but if I have understood the AIM rules correctly, they are no longer a "significant shareholder" and no longer obliged to inform us about further sales. Maybe they are on a free ride now, maybe they are still selling. We will never know.

Either way, although lots of clubs have been thrown between our legs from all sides in the past few days, we only stumbled a little, but didn't really fall and are already on steady way up again.

In the past few years my wife has read the blog of another woman who has regularly invested in the stock market with her normal salary. She never sold a share. In the end, she was a millionaire on paper. Then she died.

Should say:

You can't take your shares with you to the grave.

Shares in the portfolio do not buy you anything at first.

At some point you have to sell some so that the shares become something other than a few numbers on the monitor or on a piece of paper.

DW actually describes the current state of the magazine very well. I don't see anything negative in his answer.

The magazine is now aimed more at a broad audience than at a specialist audience and has certainly lost some of its importance in the age of internet channels, influencers, boards like this one, etc. Still, it brings some attention.

The article is linked from their main pages. And the conclusion at the end of the article sounds like they will recommend, sooner or later:

It has lost some of its importance, but is still very popular with newbies and the older generation.

And it's still a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy: Most of the time, when they recommend something, some people buy it based on the recommendation, with the result that the price rises and they can say: "You see, we said it". In this way they are often right. Unfortunately, the whole thing also works in the other direction.

Ther should not be any problem with director shares. They all had enough shares beforehand that they would have received a lot more money for a few weeks ago. Why should they sell the new shares now?

Of the remaining 28,446,341 shares, 12,844,444 went to Morichella Associates Limited / J.V. Linden. In my opinion, they are also safe.

So only about 15 million remain uncertain. They won't cause an earthquake tomorrow. And maybe they have already been issued "will commence on or AROUND 5 February". Or they were already sold forward this week. There were a few bigger positions.

I assume that the new shares have no further influence on the share price.

Don't worry about the size of your fishes. Not everyone has thousands left over, and the 10k euros or pounds that are often mentioned in the "topped up" posts are a sum that some of my friends have to live on for a whole year. They couldn't even afford the 100 for some shares.

You have to decide for yourself whether you wait for dips or not. In the end, time is our most precious and finest asset. How far down can it go? And how much time are you willing to spend watching the price and then get e.g. 135 shares instead of 125 shares for your money?
