RE: On its last exploration drill EME did 10 X in 3 months23 Mar 2022 15:00
Phoebus, I was here for Dempsey in 2017 thanks to EME getting a mention on the then sound energy forum. Bought in at 10p and de-risked completely at 20p.
I'm not an expert on warrants but I have owned some in the past. From my experience the conversion process has always taken several weeks to complete. Is this normal? If it is normal then we could shoot straight past 12p.
Nearly all of shares provided for trades over 8p will come from the CLN. Usually the CLN holder will instruct a market maker to forward sell all the shares as quickly as possible as long as they average ~5% profit. Some of the CLN shares sold above 9p so we may soon see CLN shares selling for slightly less than 8p to clear.
The £700,000 of shares will have been forward sold at any price above 8p. Temporarily sell shares you don't have knowing at some point in the future you can covert the loan and get them.
