I work in the industry, but really feel the need to comment due the quality of other posters.

Given the low volume of Fog shares traded, BS and the other majority shareholders have complete control over stock price. After the last great result, someone sold into the rise and held the price down.

Does BS benefit from Fog having a high teens stock price? If so then I guess it will happen.

Would a US listing and 250 to 1 reverse split open the door for institutional investors who need a share price over $5?

Halifax trading account only does the easy stuff. Open offers or issue of warrants, the answer is no.

Transfer shares to a more professional outfit, Interactive Investor has a cooperate action team which are pretty good.

Can you explain the 7 share trade?

The best funding scenario I can think of would be a placing to Brian at a premium to the current share price. It's a rare occurrence, but occasionally it does happen.

I think the price dropped because Mathy's still has 40 million shares to sell. We will only see a TR-1 if he drops below 3%.

POQ said in the Q&A Brian has 9% of FOG shares. (he previously said 15% which was a mistake, Brian has a 15% stake in Tamboran)

I bottled selling big this morning. Brian could make a move and I would kick myself if I was out at the time.

Sold 2 x £5,000 at 11p.

Bought back in at 10p.

Does Mathy's still own FOG shares?

Something in my head says today's muted response in down to Mathy's selling down. I'm temped to sell some myself and buy back lower. Any way to check?
