If you hold your Falcon shares through an online broker, do they do all the converting, etc? As a shareholder do I have to do anything?

The broker will do the converting, Fog shares will disappear and TBN shares will appear. As a shareholder you do not need to do anything as long as your account can hold US TBN shares. Many accounts outside the US will require you to fill in a W8BEN prior to holding US stocks. With a good broker this could take a couple of days. With a cheap trading app it could be up to a month. With a broker that doesn't trade TBN you could be subject to forced liquidation.

For any UK investors with Interactive Investor, TBN NYSE has been added to the platform.

My shares are held in a stocks and shares ISA with Interactive investor who do not currently list Tamboran NYSE. I spoke to them yesterday and they couldn't tell me whether it would be added or not. Apparently they are waiting for official notification from FOG.

Haregreeves Lansdown does not currently list Tamboran NYSE.

AJ Bell and Trading 212 do list Tamboran NYSE.

You buy 1000000 fog shares at full ask today (10.7p) costing £107,000GBP.

After the deal goes through you have 6,870 Tamboran shares currently worth $27.38 per share.

6879 X 27.38 = $188,374 or £144,123GBP

Most of the shares are held in sticky hands, a few buys and up she goes. Just imagine what it would do if we transformational news and high volume.

Frackme, I'm not an expert on this but delayed printing of trades on AIM is common, supposedly it's done to stop the share price spiking all over the place. The allowed delay varies depending on the size of the trade and I believe the maximum delay for a very large trade is 10 days.

If you look closely at the satellite pictures over the last few weeks (true colour filter) you can see the vehicles and equipment being cleared away from the well head and now we get a flare. Hopefully they have been fixing the casing issue.

Does anyone know which colour is best for us when viewing the flare in SWIR? yellow or red.

Years ago someone posted a link from a don't frack group, it was a map showing all of the licenses in Australia and who owned them. I have a A3 paper copy but not the original link. Anyone still have the link?
