Who's selling this? Madness.
listed at £1, now 40% down.
£8M in the bank.
mcap £6.45M
This goes through through the roof on an acquisition.
Still I guess it takes all sorts to make a market!
Waiting for the IPO flippers to stop.
That’s a lousy flow rate. What are you on about?
Blade reference the pension liabilities. Spirit or indeed Taka don’t get to walk away from pension commitments due to change of operatorship.
MCap: £219M
Current SP. £16.75
Cash in bank: £240M
SP at cash £18.46
Gap will close.
For the record. This isn’t a 10 bagger in waiting.
Interim results were announced 20th September last year.
MTSparky. The clue was in your posting. 27% of 70,000 bopd.
I clocked that Mytton. Malcy is right though, given the mcap standing at free cash currently, and not cash set aside for decoms, the reserves and ongoing business are carrying nil value right now. Unless the mcap gets a shift on, it does raise the possibility of a bid. $7-$10/ bbl for 62M P2 reserves seems to be the ongoing range.
Cash will be at £17/18 a share.
So it’s a question of what you value $200M cash generation p/a
& 60M barrels p1&p2 reserves at?
AA isn’t just sitting on the cash. All the time you’re not getting a dividend a deal is in the mix imo.
I must have missed that one??!
Generous? Possibly. We have no idea how the seismic is coming in. It could equally have been the steal of the century Trellis.
Surrendering 31% of TA has saved Echo $8M in agreed work on other areas, and around $12M odd of additional drill costs. Plus $2M release of secured funds.
Total $22M odd which ties in with pretty much what we have spent on Tapi Aike come end of seismic.
Given four wells, Echo costs are going to be around $3M. ($4M per well total).
Release of $2M by CGC in restructure.
It looks like no further funding required.
Best possible outcome today from current situation.
Huge loss sustained by myself last year, but this is a grown-up decision by the company.
Well that’s a disaster to read.
30 pages odd of glossy brochure before the detail.
Fiona had a good year despite everyone else having an absolute bath.
Cash at hand enough to cover seismic, but definitely not enough for a drill.
Raise incoming and the only comfort I can take from this royal mess is that JPs warrants will be underwater.
The Group generated revenue of $153 million during 2018 with total sales of 2,332,164 boe.
Daily average 6389 boepd.
Looking forward to seeing the impact of 21-24k boepd.
Well that was strange.
