Stefano it looks like you have got your wish. I hope you find lots of spare cash under the sofa. I note that Karen Lo Ki Yan and Paul Suen Cho Hung have increased their stakes in PTEC to11.4 million ( in the latter's case).
Paul suen cho hung now has 3.2% of the shares which is approx. 10million. Is this the reason for the share price movement and if so I hope he buys more and makes an offer for the entire company. Fingers crossed and good luck to all holders.
Jatw. I thought the JXN price should be about £40 or $55 per share but the market makers know there will likely be heavy selling of jxn by UK holders and are just seeking to make easy quick money by holding the price down. I agree with you - keep JXN for a year or two and see what the price is then.
