Is not rubbish... Read the interims from June. Debt is at 30% of assets. Average oil price will be way down from average 2014 levels and we blamed low levels on performance. There is a not in the financial part orf the rns in June that says the company will be looking at ways to improve finances going forward. Debt levels are far too high, over 50% of the 100m facility. We had 6m to pay by July 2015 and no 15m cheque off the egyption govermnent like we had 2nd half of 2014. I think we can add another 10m which will be debt for H1 to current debt. Debt far too high. I am a holder here so I want to be wrong and would love to be at 15p....COP is subject to oil downturn generally but also the next move is vital for the company. No room for another mistake makes the market run.....

Dilution could be on the cards? To clear the debt or maybe fund Tunisia/further exploration... Just a question.

I take your opinion and you are right to a certain level but you don't give any other reason. Debt has doubled, liabilities doubled, Mcap now less than debt. Another 12 months like the last 12 and COP would be a basket case. That's just what we know. What about what we don't know. Be prepared for a surprise as this is not just sentiment or market conditions. We are now at 25% of where we were 12 months ago. A small proportion of our business is oil so why the drop and why aren't the Bod reminding the market of that?

Of Afren and Kenmare about it. High volume buys not increasing sp and low volume sells bringing it down. Someone is controlling the sp where it should actually be trading. I have seen this a few times before and the companys involved eventually came to market via RNS with problems. I am over 30% down now and can't sell at such a loss but I don't have a good feeling about this. This is heading to 5p, someone somewhere knows why.

And no movement. 200000 sold and down it goes. Something not right here. Something else is controlling the sp here.

Nope...I just had a look on other boards and one long term holder thinks the same as me. Maybe MM's playing games, in his words 'be worried...be very worried'...I am not saying sell, I am saying watch very carefully. With regards to ramerci's comment, there indeed was a large buy then the following buy was at a lower SP???What does that tell you. I don't like this and I would be out if I wasn't losing so much at the moment... If the morning starts red and lots of sells come in this will be 7.5 tomorrow...just my opinion.

Very true and my thoughts too until I watched other shares and trade patterns. I would only ask yourself why a trade of that size had little effect on the SP. The only explanation in my mind is that a far bigger player wants this SP lower...what else could it be. Tie will tell but watch for RED days ahead or of course a great RNS to put a smile back into this share and its holders.....Watch very carefully here.

are either leaked news or bad news for the SP folks. I have seen this so many times on other shares. Nearly 6 million shares bought in 2 trades yet very little upward trend in sp. This spells danger to me. What may happen here is the people/MM's responsible for these buys will start a couple of days of RED sells to frag this sp down lower....maybe heading towards 7p! I have seen this over at KMR and please don't think I am trying to say that both companies are in the same position because I am not. Large buys that don't move the SP up followed by a sea of RED that drags the SP lower. I am a holder so I hope very much that some good news is imminent but have a feeling I have seen this before.....The first sign of a selling pattern or the SP going lower is a sign to get out then back in again...That's my advice. If I am to do this I will lose but then gain at base with a buy in...I hope not but prepare for 7p here. Just my opinion....GLA

How can you say this share was 11.5p in January as if it is just the oil prices that have reduced the current sp. There was the small matter of swinging heavily into the red that puts us where we are now! Also, the Bod have been less than honest here. They did release an RNS saying that the figures were broadly as expected, then when they eventually released figures, they showed 50m Loss. Joke.

I think the buys are in response to yesterdays article.... Let's hope it breaks 14p today and then towards late teens after Monday.

Starts production end of June ish... Time for re rate. New investor here. Here's hoping the figures are reasonable on Monday and indeed news from current drilling.

Both buys 36p and 51p... Strong balance sheet with more news to come. This had got more legs yet. Think will break 30p tomorrow.
