@nosirender..... I am in fact correct. Dilution was 200-1 with consolidation of 7-1. Very easy to work it back .£3 current divided by the 200-1 = 1.5p x 7/1 consolidation puts us at 10.5p old money.... I am a financial mind my friend.... good to hear from you.

You still miss an obvious point... everyone knows where the SP should be, every has an idea of full year results... no other company needs them announced in black and white to achieve fair value... there are none so blind as them that won't see... record production for year, high prices up for grabs, 5 RNS's since consolidation and yet we still sat at 10p old money... I merely ask for factual opinion as to why this is... KMR is alone with this price action in its sector.... Why? I have witnesses TO before and the price is kept down so the altimate offer looks more generous.... just my opinion.

All fair enough but just stop and open your mind... no only has the SP never reflected true value but it also never holds or stablises.... the information you give is spot on and the market reacts to forward technicals, so what is your explanation... no other companies need a "waiting game" with such clarity of future fundamentals.... pre consolidation to current Sp 10p.... if you can't see that there is nothing normal about this share then I just wonder what else you need...

Basket case of a share.... SP acts aim ish.. bod not interested in PR that increases SP! We need a buyer my friends.... SP is about fundamentals and forward guidance... Everything we know on both counts should at the very least hold its meagre gains but it doesn't..... We are still at 10p old money and whichever way you slice it..... it's not right. Before anyone attacks me, the message here is factual. GLA and a £750m buyout will suit all party's in my opinion... It just might be the reason the SP is continually manipulated... that bit is just my theory.

Why would you need to ramp a share you have researched... surely it goes up naturally.....or, you entice others to buy to lessen your chances of loss. When this is done there is always a chance that followers may lose money....

If you need me to explain, then you not worth it numbnuts. If you watch the trading pattern, it was falsely pushed up earlier in the day to get required price... before the false lift, it was around where it is now. Trading/investing is pointless if people in the know minipulate to get richer while the pi waits or loses....

Was let out yesterday.... price increased with no volume to allow them to sell. Back down she goes. This is a twisted business!!!
