@Saint, wtf do you think they’re all doing (8 of them) WK nothing, MT nothing, Rosgeo nothing, NYUD nothing, NKT nothing. They’ve just told us that in the RNS. That’s what im judging them on. Granted someone’s trying to sell the assets. Happy for you to prove me wrong or are you just hoping/guessing.

@IKN; I’m sure everyone will be over the moon if the BOD announce a deal. Have you got that info from one of your usual “contacts” or is it one someone who genuinely knows this time? You should get DR to fact check & verify the info before you announce it on here. It’d save you looking like an idiot once again 👍👏

Brilliant news if it’s correct. Do we all need to start “speculating” about it on every form of social media possible to get our BOD to RNS an official response or do you think they will consider doing it as a matter of courtesy to inform their shareholders of the facts?

@TBoB; it’s hard to know who actually does what with EUA. Looks to me like we have plenty cover considering we’re supposedly selling all our Russian assets and it’s close to completion.

I’d rather they forget about EUA v2 as every other thing they’ve looked at has ended up a disaster, Rosgeo, Hydrogen project & Logik. Christ they can’t even manage the budget for our lawyers Gowling in the Logik case!

@TBoB; I can only speak for myself, if no news by the end of this year I’d vote to replace CS if we get the option as he’s been useless in giving us updates and the SP reflects this (it’s not all down to Putin). I’d be more than happy for him to prove me wrong but I’m not holding my breath. I think over 30% voted against his reappointment at the AGM in July which would suggest I’m not the only one who thinks like that. We are another 4 months down the road and still nothing so I’d think that figure would increase.

@Calls; I don’t think anyone can guarantee anything with EUA as we have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes. They could announce an offer this afternoon which would see an increase in the SP although we’d have to wait around 3 weeks I believe before it goes to a shareholders vote or we could hear nothing for months and watch the SP continue to decline.

@ Richard98; I think CS and the rest of BOD are on borrowed time, no asset sale news this year and I hope someone will try to push through a vote of no confidence in them (if that’s possible) Plenty voted against CS at the AGM so I’d think even more will have decided it’s time for a change.

@Stonk; I think you’re bang on there but if that’s the case why not advise shareholders of that fact? Something along the lines of;

“The Board has accepted an offer from a party and the concentrates will be sold as soon as the Tax issue is resolved in the Supreme Court on 13 Dec”

There’s 8 of them on the BOD/senior management so surely one can write a fecking sentence to clarify.
