Looks like the got the number wrong in 2021 AR, it should read 16.68M not 6.68M 🤬

Here’s the 2022 AR, page 64.

“At the time of the award of the Monchetundra mining licence a royalty payment was calculated by the Russian Federal Reserves Commission. 20% of this payment was paid in December 2018 and the remaining 80%, or RR16.68 million (approximately £187,000) to be paid by November 2023.”

It’s in the 2021 annual report page 62. Not sure if there’s more info anywhere else but this is all it says.

“30 Commitments

I spoke to the company and asked why no update on the WUP or the MT royalty payment as I believe they are both very important in the short term and price sensitive. Got the usual answer ie they will update as deemed appropriate. CS doesn’t seem to care about communicating with us shareholders unless he really has to ie when info has been found by someone else. I feel sorry for Keith as he gets all the grief.

@Magnum.PI; I may well do that next week if he continues to act like a d1ck. I’m sure it’d be easy enough and plenty of others could contribute with some of his classics that I’d miss as there’s been loads.

1. 12th May 2021; received a proposal from a credible party & exited the FSP 920 days ago.

2. Asset sale; (28 Oct 2021) buyers DD complete 751 days ago.

3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 702 days ago.

4. NYUD JORC; (8 Feb 2022 draft CPR with BOD for review) 648 days ago.

5. Nyud; Exploration license received by Rosgeo in mid Dec 2022, EUA will update shareholders on receipt of this license in due course. Approx 334 days ago.

6. 3 July 2023 MT DFS approved; 137 days ago.

7. MT royalty payment due by Nov (16.68 million roubles).

@DR; here’s a novel idea, next time you’re meeting your “contact” on the BOD you could go through the list & ask him for answers then update us all on here. Throwing childish insults won’t work with me as I know your game and I’m sure most posters on here have figured out what you really are and whether you’re genuine or not.

You know like I’m in a group of 6, have friends in LSE admin, am friends with GMF, have inside info, own around 20M shares, abuse people for asking questions, instruct IKN not to share any good news, refuse to share any good news with shareholders on here, very prompt to share bad news (WUP), I’ve probably missed loads but I think you’ll get the gist of it, basically you’ve got verbal diarrhea and absolutely nothing of worth to contribute to and discussion.

1. MT DFS details published.

2. WK concentrate sold

3. Who received the VAT credits & how much more we are due (in local currency)

4. Updated Reserve & Resources figures (- Rosgeo, + Trav)

5. NYUD decision

6. MT open pit update

7. The revised WK mining plan

8. What the Logik & QVL/Mispare court cases cost EUA

9. Update on the WUP with Gowling WLG (UK) LLP.

10. MT royalty payment due by Nov

@TBOB; if they’d asked you or anyone else we’d have all agreed.

@IKN; I didn’t say it was your fault, but why on earth didn’t you say yes and try do the BB a massive favour? It was you who brought them over here from Twitter in the first place.

@Stej; the last time I spoke with Keith a few weeks ago he said they had to wait for sign off. When I pointed out that WK was signed off within 53 days of approval he just said it’s out of their hands. We’re on 135 days since approval now so it’s got to be very soon.

Hope you lot don’t mind me mentioning EUA on the “Toffers obsessed” forum. You do all realise she offered to leave the BB for good yesterday but IKN didn’t bother to respond!

@Lenoman; agree 100% but I also think a few of the positive posters fall into the same category! Refusing to share good news with us but very quick to release the WUP news which crashed the SP. Claiming to have inside info etc.

@GrandQ; I’d think that’d be to reflect the 6,000,000 options CS exercised.

@Tilly; hopefully someone can keep us updated on it. Are the public allowed access or is it closed doors?

@Stej; I agree, it’d be nice to get this resolved asap then we can move onto the next issue. Never a dull day with EUA.

Don’t we have an important court case starting today yet all I can read are lots of the usual childish petty arguments. FFS people, grow up & get a grip. Far too many posters taking things to a personal level on an anonymous BB!

Am I the only one who thinks this is been done deliberately by a certain group of posters to take the focus of discussions away from the court cases & the growing list of issues our BOD have failed to deliver on or at the very least give us some news on?

Surely the BOD were legally required to issue an updated RNS for the Reserves & Resources as soon as the Rosgeo JV expired, why did they include the Rosgeo JV figures in the first place if the licences were not even EUAs?

@Dattabase1; those figures are really good. Do they include the Rosgeo JV assets or are they just for the licences we own at MT/WK?

@DR; you really don’t like anyone asking questions or posting facts. Most people have figured you out for what you really are. Try posting something worth discussing as opposed to your usual personal insults, claims of inside knowledge, blatant lies and pathetic attempts at trying to sound important on an anonymous BB!

@Mac; wasn’t NKT (& all the Rosgeo JV) already included in the previous Reserves & Resources figures given to us by the BOD in the below RNS?

@IKN; do you have any idea why the trav licence would be issued to the WK sub? I’m on my phone and will look at info stored on my iPad when I get home in a bit to try figure it all out.
