I’d emailed the company prior to the Interims and asked ref what’d happened to the circa “£2M Vat Credits” they’d mentioned previously (I can’t find the original statement from the BOD so I may be incorrect with the exact figure)

Since that original notice they’ve told us this?

“** Mineral extraction tax contains a provision of £1,652,122 reflecting a recent change to mineral tax legislation and its application to the product of the West Kytlim mine. This is made as a conservative measure as the Group is taking the necessary steps to have the decision reconsidered.”

Interim report 2023

“We have started to receive value-added tax refunds (VAT) against capital expenditure in previous years, which also contributes to our cash position (see below), in addition to the proposed concentrate sale.”

“In addition, the Company expects to receive VAT refunds of circa £1.5 million.”

I wonder how much they’ve actually received so far?

Fr.Jack.Hackett, all the info is in OPD RNS issued on 17 July 2020, however I do know that some of that info issued was incorrect (Dimitri has 20M not 40M as stated).

I’m glad they cancelled Alexei’s, I just can’t understand why he would accept it based on the profit he could make if he exercised them!

@Trowtech; DFS published, concentrate sold, 40M less options to dilute, possible £2M in tax credits, reserves & resources figures, NYUD licence, which of those do you consider to be a negative? Happy for anyone to add any comments/facts you feel are appropriate.

Instead of the constant petty arguments on here why don’t people try figure out a few important things in relation to EUA prior to the upcoming interim report.

It’s been 66 days since we got the DFS approved, the BOD told us at the AGM that the Russians are pretty good on procedures so when will they be allowed to publish the DFS? WK was 53 days from approval to been published.

Have the BOD sold the concentrate yet

Options; the BOD told us at the AGM that they cancelled Alexeis 40M options, on what grounds did they do that considering he’s supposedly did nothing wrong when selling his 27.4M shares. Do we really believe that anyone in their right mind would give up 40M options with an average of 0.6p without a fight, I know I wouldn’t. Are they cancelled or can they be reallocated to someone else?

Tax credits; didn’t we previously have around £2M in tax credits, was there any mention of them in the last annual report.

CS stated at the AGM that they can’t give us Reserve & Resources figures for assets we don’t own however the last RNS issued on this subject clearly included NYUD?

Rosgeo JV; they told us we were fully funded for this project yet it appears the funds are as good as gone, was their intention only ever to proceed with NYUD.

MT open pit updates; how much will this cost and do they have funds allocated to pay for this when complete.

@IKN; don’t worry, remember it’s a maximum of 2 weeks until the sale details will be announced.

@DR; I’d suggest that’d be classed as extended. Maybe you can clarify with one of your “friends”

Actual wording from the AGM transcript;

“Basically, that varies a lot through time as some are extended, some new ones as recently as June were signed, and they usually have a one to three year timeline, and as I said, they can be extended”

@Mac, I think you’ll find that CS stated the NDA signed in June was a “new one” and they also said the others vary from 1-3 years and can be extended if necessary.

No shock that DR has now magically turned up to support the other two 😂🤣

@Scuba; doesn’t Lenoman have a “contact” on the inside 😂🤣 it’s the exact same tactic as the Subs accounts & the QVL/Mispare court case & from the same people on here. I don’t believe a word either of them say these days.
