@Jarv; agreed 100% ref activating the SinoSteel agreement and ending this farcical asset sale however CS doesn’t want to go down the production route. He wants his big pay day. None on the current BOD are operational, they’re all M&A or sales “experts” (honest, that’s not a joke) with the exception of CS who is a geologist & fecking utterly lousy communicator.

a year ago the sp was 3.125 and that was before the dfs was approved! yet here we are now sat at around 1.7p and are still none the wiser as to what’s happening with regards to the asset sale, value of our assets or anything else which affects the company. if the asset sale goes **** up cs & the rest of the bod need to be held to account for their actions or lack of them which is more appropriate.

@RandRtrader; I’ve got copies somewhere of all the questions asked of the BOD at last years AGM and the ones asked more recently via Yellow Jersey. I won’t be doing anything for this years AGM on here as it’s not worth the grief from certain posters.

This is the things Id like resolved or to have updates on;

1. 12th May 2021; received a proposal from a credible party & exited the FSP 1124 days ago.

2. 28 Oct 2021; buyers DD complete 955 days ago.

3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 906 days ago.

4. 30 June 2023 MT DFS approved; 345 days ago.

5. 26 July 2023; very hopeful of selling the assets this year. 319 days ago.

6. 19 Sept 2023; The Board expects the WK concentrates to be sold at carrying value and we are currently evaluating offers from three parties who responded to the tender process 264 days ago.

The last AGM held in June was in 2021, in 2022 they advised us in early June the AGM would be in July due to issues with the audit and the geopolitical situation, last year it just happened in July and I can’t remember if there was a reason given for that.

I can see CS wanting this years AGM to be delayed as long as possible for various reasons.

1. The QVL share certificates court case (I think that’s sometime next week)

2. Possibly waiting for the publishing of the DFS (they must have any idea of when it’s due)

3. To delay having to answer shareholders questions about wtf is going on

4. To continue drawing his salary for as long as possible

5. I think he knows with no progress on the asset sale & the abysmal communications he's probably going to get voted out this year

Just remembered, I’m in Macs green bin along with 24732960 others so he won’t be able to read it. Can someone tell him, that was the response direct from YJ having discussed with the NOMAD yesterday.

@Mac; the screen shot is all that can be accessed. All the files are locked so the public can’t access any of the data! EUA won’t RNS about it as there’s no need!

Herbie; the information found by the TG (pwlx) was genuine. It’s just that certain people didn’t look at it properly and got carried away assuming that the details were in the public domain.

@Lenoman; my apologies, that makes perfect sense. A friend gets it from TG, posts it on Twitter then you post it as fact on here. That probably explains why your “inside information” proved to be so unreliable. To be clear I’m not calling you a liar so please don’t get your solicitor involved, I know you have history of threatening people with that on here 😉

Just confirmed on TG group Eurasia (KK) have won tax case, so full steam ahead , happy days

I’ve been reliably informed that the website found by the TG only records that the DFS is in their possession but it is not a published or open file. I don’t think we will get any RNS as there has been no material updates to EUAs position.

@Crypto; yes, pwlx confirmed that and it was them who found the original information. YJ are having a chat with the NOMAD later today to discuss this and the claim ref a court case. I think we might get an RNS today or tomorrow to clarify due to it being all over social media.

@pwlx; many thanks for your honest response. Fingers crossed that this is the start of some much needed good news & progress and the BOD can release the details to the market very soon.

@pwlx; it’s a good find. The problem here is that a few of the TG come on here to announce great news but never back it up and refuse to give more details. A few are proven liars so you can understand the response they get. I’d bet the majority don’t even know the contents or understand the document. You seem well researched and know your stuff. Would you be happy to give us a few bullet points of the contents?

@Parfett123; it’d help if someone posted a link or at the very least some details from the document. The fact is it's been how long since this discovery yet not one person has provided any details yet lots rush here to announce “news” yet show nothing to back it up.

Crypto; your spot on with that assessment mate. If it’s true and I had eyes on it I’d be posting snippets of all the positive info. As usual the TG don’t give any details, no doubt one of them will say it’s in a PDF and we can’t copy it 😂

I’ve spoke to Yellow Jersey who funnily enough know nothing about it. They said they will try contact EUA for confirmation. You’d think a quick call to CS and then CS to our Russian Country Manager should clarify things fairly quickly.

the bod probably won’t even know it’s been released. wasn’t it the same with the nyud licence? it took the useless ****s a few weeks to rns it after shareholders had already found out!

@makeabundle; cs is getting stick because he 100% deserves it. 5 months suspension over a fecking tweet, nomad resignation, mysterious investors, alexei selling his 27.4m shares, jorc shortly, nyud update, dfs approved 10 months ago, logik jv, rosgeo jv (where did the $35m raised for this actually go?) fsp, wk in maint yet evidence suggests otherwise, we've had ndas in place for 4 years but not had a single offer presented to us, the communications are abysmal and have been way before the ukraine situation. cs decided to put all our eggs in one basket and has no plan b. add in the court cases and god knows what else i’ve missed. cs took the position and the salary so he takes the **** when it goes wrong. he’s appointed people on the bod who are giving us feck all. cs is the issue and you have to be blind not to see that. a simple operational update would clarify so much but he refuses to give us one! in any other industry he’d have been hung up by his balls by now and held accountable but because it’s aim he’s doing as he pleases and getting away with it. i have zero sympathy for him as he’s showing zero for shareholders personal circumstances!
