@IKN; I agree ref the tax issue and fair play to the company for fighting & winning that case. Surely though if they are now mining it (as we all believe) that should be worthy of an RNS as that’d be our only source of income & no NDA should prevent that information been released to Shareholders, especially when the question has been asked numerous times.

@Spikeyj; you read right, why aren’t they continuing mining WK and taking MT to production if as IKN suggest there’s no offers or only unbinding offers. It’s been around 4 years, they need to accept that their current strategy is fecking terrible from a shareholders point of view.

@IKN; if that’s the case why are the BOD insisting on carrying on with the Asset sale and not going to production, ffs WK was a working mine. Remember they are supposedly aligned with shareholder's withe doing what’s best for the company.

@OSF; I thought 1/3 were up for re-election every year and CS annually. Christ knows why I think that though. Would we have to vote on appointing a CEO to replace JN?

@Dattabase1; it’s impossible to know exactly what’s holding the asset sale up but something clearly is and unfortunately we are lacking in any facts to support any of our thoughts. What do you think ref WK DFS taking 53 days from approval to publishing yet MT is a week away from a year?

@EIE01; the point people were making was that the RF won’t want the sale to go through until they have a guaranteed that QVL will not receive any money from a sale. If the English court rules in QVL favour they will be able to receive any dividends or sell their share's and the RF can’t stop them. Putin won’t be happy with that hence the theory that they’re delaying approval of the sale.

Does WK DFS follow a different process than the much slower MT?

Still not published nearly a YEAR later!

@pwlx; thanks, that looks to me like he’s purposely trying to delay things. What about National Bank Trust are they still claiming ownership as well?

What exactly happened on Friday, I’ve read it’s rescheduled for Monday 15th July 2024 due I believe to the late changing of QVL & Mispare’s solicitor to DWF.

Are both Evgeny Vesnin and the National Bank Trust still claiming ownership the certificates?

@IKN; cheers that’s what I thought. Last years was 7am on Monday 3rd July so I’d guess it’ll be left until the last possible minute again this year. It’ll be nice to get it before the weekend though.

@IKN; isn’t the report supposed to be released in June? What’s the last date they can legally release it on?

I think we’re due the Annual Report & date for the AGM by the end of the week. However I’d not be surprised if they are delayed due to issues doing the accounts in the current geopolitical situation. Impossible to know if they are on schedule or not as the BOD probably wouldn’t tell us if there’s a delay!

@Jarv55; I tried to get the log in details but never got a reply. Hopefully we will get some much needed good news from it.

@Fr.Jack.Hackett; very well said. The BOD just don’t seem to want to tell us any news. The Annual Report & AGM should be very interesting to see what their responses are to questions. I think most shareholders have had enough of the shocking comms!

@Lovelyboy; cheers mate. Let’s hope it’s the rubber stamp theory & we can get this never ending sale completed. I’ll be gutted if it’s yet another delay with us knowing next to nothing. I think it took the BOD 9 days to RNS the details after the last hearing so any updates appreciated.

Does anyone have any details reference the hearing tomorrow?

I can see there was activity on caseboard yesterday & again today but the last thing it shows on the timeline is an entry on 16th May.

@Saint; I’m of the same opinion ref QVL share certificates. Really hope that’s the final thing and we can get some much overdue good news. I’m fully prepared for no news though as it’s been a never ending wait.

@ Dattabase; voting out CS can only happen at the AGM that gives CS plenty time to change people’s minds. Ref an alternative, CS is due retirement so surely he has someone lined up for EUA v2, if not that’s very bad planning ahead on the BODs behalf. Remember he has around 95M shares so would still want a good outcome as he’d benefit too. I think it was 31.52% that voted against him last time.

@Saint; I'm in agreement with you that it’s possible but then shouldn’t the BOD be considering mining? We are now confident they have sold the WK concentrate so why are they insisting on carrying on with an asset sale that isn’t happening, is it possible that decision is because that’s what CS prefers? We can try to figure it all out but due to abysmal communications we are clueless to the actual facts. The sign of good management is reacting to the current situation, I get the feeling we just keep plodding on “hoping” things will improve to our advantage. I can’t think on many businesses that are run in that way. No asset sale then something has to change.

@IKN; yes, I think the fact they’ve not sold anything since they announce they were selling the assets around 4 years ago is a failure. I’m fully aware of the situation they face however CS told us at the last AGM that he was very hopeful of a sale this year (2023 or financial whichever he meant) The geopolitical situation hasn’t change since he made that statement therefore it’d be a failure. This was the BODs main focus so no excuses are acceptable considering they’ve not made us aware of any changes to the situation.
