The only words I’d like to hear at the AGM are “sold” if CS is unable to say that I’d like to think he’ll say “I resign” and find someone who can either sell the assets or start mining! This asset sales has became a complete nightmare and it’s time to bring it to an end one way or another. The QVL share certificate is what’s holding things up imho, hopefully that’ll be resolved on Friday and then Russia will allow the DFS to be published and sale completed.

@Shares to buy; DR said around $2m as shown in KK accounts. Is it possible the BOD don’t want to RNS it until the funds have been transferred to EUA? I’d imagine that won’t be straight forward these days.

Does anyone know what time the hearing is tomorrow? QVL appointing a new solicitor so late in the game isn’t going to help there case. Let’s hope a decision is made tomorrow and this isn't dragged out for any longer. It’ll be nice to get another issue ticked off.

@wtf & BoB; didn’t we all have the same discussions about voting out CS around this time last year? Yet here we are having the same conversation a year later. If he can’t communicate effectively then he’s creating his own problems!

@GLG2; he won’t be getting my vote that’s for sure. I’m hoping that they announce a sale before the AGM as CS must know most shareholders are sick to death of the shocking communication. We had a 5 month suspension over a tweet yet a partner at our NOMAD can post information like that and nothing happens! I think this whole things corrupt at every level.

@B1ll; I emailed EUA, SP Angel & YJ last night to ask that same question. I also sent a copy to John Mackay at SP Angel as I know the general email to them never gets a response. YJ confirmed this morning that they’ve asked SP Angel for comment. It seems the whole world likes to communicate info on EUA with the exception of our bloody BOD. The sooner this asset sale saga is finished the better for all concerned.

@Lenoman; nice to see you’re back, you went very quiet at the end of last week. You missed some interesting questions reference your posting history.

@Lenoman; It’d probably help your case if you didn’t post things which are conflicting. You’ve claimed quite a few times now that you’re not on Telegram!

@Lenoman; are you now claiming that you didn’t announce to the BB that you’d got information from a “friend in the know” maybe you can clarify exactly what you posted but it was well documented at the time as you well know. If someone told me I could get 10 years for posting inside info it’d not bother me in the slightest so why did it bother you that much that you’d threaten to get your solicitor involved? Ref insults, I think you were very happy to jump in with your two mates a year ago in attacking me for no reason other than putting together questions for the AGM. It’s all in our history and I’ve no issues with anyone looking at it and proving otherwise.

@Lenoman; you do know that this is an anonymous BB. I very much doubt that anything that’s said on here would tarnish your real life reputation. Having said that you’ve got history of throwing around plenty insults yourself so it’s a bit hypocritical to cry foul play when someone gives you a bit of grief back which I believe was related to you claiming to have inside knowledge! Claiming that didn’t seem to concern you about your reputation at the time huh.

@Lenoman; you can’t be classed as an idiot as you already admitted you sold out/top sliced previously and the shares you have left are on a free ride (including all your top ups). You’re not in the TG which is fair enough, I think you said you get your information from a friend who’s in the TG who then posts it on Twitter for you to read. I think people get confused as you take sides with DR & IKN who have a dubious record for posting untruths on here. In fairness you’ve only claimed to have “inside knowledge” once which turned out to be totally incorrect. Threatening to take a poster to court was a bit cringe worthy though especially from someone who appears to likes attacking posters with a differing view. I guess you reap what you sow!

@Saint; YJ as good as told me that AIM got involved yesterday hence the speeding ticket. CS is the CEO though and earlier last week stated they’d not be issuing an RNS as there was no material change. If shareholders realised what was going on and obviously AIM agreed why in the hell didn’t CS? Accept your point ref NDAs however CS was happy to sign these as recently as last June and after 4 years that excuse starts to wear very thin, in any case there’s still plenty things he could be telling us.

Today I’m still raging at CS for taking so long to respond to that pump & dump. I’m going to go through every communication we’ve had from CS and point out all the contradicting statements he’s made. I would state he's nothing but a “salesman” who’d tell us anything we want to hear. I think we can all agree that based on previous events he’s certainly not a fecking salesman. He may be an excellent Geologists but that does not make him a good CEO. His communication skills are shocking, can you imagine what any potential buyers think of him if he treats them like he treats shareholders? The AGM can’t come soon enough however I’m fully expecting him to delay that as well. How he can sleep at night is beyond me!

@GLG2; I’ve made my opinions on CS very clear, I think he’s totally out of his comfort zone and the sooner he goes the better it’ll be for everyone.

EIE10; it’s very simple. The RF don’t want the brothers to get any of the money as in their view they gained it illegally and it’s owed to the RF. If the court rules in QVL favour they’d then the brothers get the shares and any be able to sell them/get dividend. It’s the only logical explanation I can think of.

@MaB; I’m with you on that, I can’t see the RF approving any asset sale until the QVL court case is resolved (in their favour). It’s getting difficult to believe anything the BOD tell us, I’ve lost count of the things they’ve said don’t affect us but clearly do, selling the concentrate, Covid, sanctions, Artem speeding up the asset sale, JORC shortly, not mining at WK, very hopeful of selling the assets in 2023, even last week they said they’d not be issuing an RNS ref the SP increasing yet boom one lands this morning! They’re going to need to clarify a hell of a lot if they want to keep their positions at the AGM… I think most shareholders have ran out of patience.

I thought any potential buyer would have seen the DFS once approved. CS told us last year they were very hopeful of a sale this year (2023) how could they expect that if the buyer hasn’t seen the DFS. CS also told us something along the lines of the Russian authorities are very good at following processes and EUA have a good working relationship with them, we’ve got the old boss of Rosgeo as our country manager so surely between them they must know exactly what the process is to publish the DFS. Cracking the Enigma code was easier than understanding our BODs communication.
