RNS issued on January 30th gives NPV for JV project of A$516m. Value of 30% is A$155- £87m.
Any development is subject to agreement with Hastings so difficult to estimate current value to KDNC but it does underpin current market cap of £10m.

We reiterate our Buy recommendation and 114p target price.

What is value of Yangibana JV?
Hastings has a market cap of AUD 131m -£73m

Page 9 of Annual Report states that KDNC retained its exposure to one license in Greenland of which it owns 100%.

I have asked BOD to advise shareholders of the values of JVs and Greenland and the potential of the other unlisted investments. There is news today on Yangibana but how does that impact on KDNC? Greenland Minerals has a market cap of $152m and KDNC's license abuts licenses owned by Greenland Minerals.

Greenland Rare Earth Projects
During the year Cadence retained it exposure to 1 license in Greenland, of which it owns 100%. This licenses abuts
the northern and eastern boundaries of Greenland Minerals and Energy Limited’s ‘GGG’ licences that encompass the
world-class Kvanefjeld, Sørenson, Zone 3 and Steenstrupfjeld Rare Earth Element (REE) deposits.
An extensive exploration programme was carried out on all of Cadence’s exploration licences in south Greenland
from June to August 2014. We will continue to review the cost / benefit analysis of this license on an annual basis,
and will monitor the progress that GGG makes over the coming year as it progresses the Kvanefjeld REE deposits.

Frankie. Sometimes immediately, sometimes there is a delay. Kiran is always careful not to tell me anything that would be "inside " information. My recent email asked that shareholders be advised of values of JVs etc so I did not expect reply.
I have never seen valuations of JVs or Greenland.

IIMO three directors investing £350k buying shares at 0.11p is very reassuring . I have emailed asking for shareholders to be informed of value of JVs and other ubquoted assets.

The NPV of Sonora is £1.25b as compared with a market cap of £46m and Zinnwald has NPV of 428 m euros.

I agree with Lawrence and as I posted earlier the current market cap is oonly £28m

It is disappointing that shares had to be placed at a discount of 12% but fortunately the dilution is only about 3%. The market cap is currently about £28m as compared with an NPV of $1.108billion ( £900m). There will be substantial dilution but existing shareholders will still he major beneficiaries. The NPV is 30 times greater than current market cap.
