Allow $36m for ITDA gives a net profit of $100m or £80m. KDNC will own 27% say £20m. Conservative valuation at pe of 10 - £200m but be cautious and say £100m. Market cap of KDNC is £11m

Does your post confirm the information in annual report that KDNC retains its exposure to one license which it owns 100%?? This license abuts the licenses owned by Greenland Minerals.

I have been through Annual Report again. The NAV per Balance Sheet is £15m as compared with market cap of £10m. Cannot see values, if any, attributed to JVs and Greenland. Since the date of AR approval has been received to proceed with Amapa and there have been reports of good progress by MMS, Auroch and Yangibana.

L74. You really believe that the directors would invest £350k because of pressure from shareholders? I think the BOD know more than shareholders and believe shares are good value. Attend the AGM and ask questions.

PS said on August 29th approval and finance in next two weeks.

I am encouraged by directors spending £350k on shares at0.11p. I think they will be will wary of dilution.

KDNC still owned license in Greenland; it was in Anual Report page 9.

Bannor. I am with you there-£100m would be great. Why do you say JV will not be mine plan for 6/7 years? There are 10 concessions of which 3 are 100% BCN . The FS mine plan owned by Mexalit (KDNC 30%) will provide 12% of plant feed being mined. In annual report it does not mention 6/7 years.
You seem well informed . Have you any idea of value of Greenland or Yangibana JV?

That is unlikely given that directors invested £350k at 0.11p per share at end of June.

Has KDNC ever issued valuation?
Below I show my estimate.
, The FS mine plan currently has some 12% of the plant feed being mined from the 30% joint venture areas owned by Mexalit. A simple calculation NPV $1.25b . 30% of 12% is $45m £36m . Could be but???

Can I encourage shareholders whether or not they are attending AGM to submit questions to BOD?
I have asked the BOD to advise shareholders of the value of JVs and Greenland.
