Reference known/unknowns. The two for me are the values of joint ventures -Sonora and Yangibana. The NPV of Sonora is $1.253biliion and Yangibana AUD$549m. KDNC has 30% interest in parts of both Sonora and Yangibana . What are values????

There has been little comment on AR but I have read through again- too much time to fill.
The auditors- new firm, first year this year, must be convinced Amapa will happen to sign off accounts without any ifs and buts.

KDNC’s Level 3 investments which includes two JV’s have a value in accounts of £2.885m -see Note 6 of accounts.
In the Investment Review -pages 5 -12 of Annual Report it states that the Sonora Project has a NPV of $1,253B and Yangibana has a NPV of A4549m. KDNC has a 30% interest in parts of both those projects but without more information it is not possible to value KDNC’s share of JVs but the potential looks very positive. I think the odds are KDNC will be bought out of JVs,

I did phone Alba to enquire about spin off, not expecting to be told much, but I was told that "they were working hard on it" but no timetable.

Cadence Minerals (AIM/NEX: KDNC; OTC: KDNCY) announces the award of 7,200,000 share options ("Share Options"). Each Share Option is exercisable over one ordinary share in the capital of the Company ("the "Ordinary Shares"). The Share Options are exercisable at a price of 29 pence per share being a 22% premium to the closing price of the Ordinary Shares on 29 April 2021 of 23.75 pence. These options will vest immediately and will expire on 30 April 2026.

Yanis. You puzzle me. You are a long term holder and therefore you must think Alba has potential but you only make negative posts, surely the sensiblle thing for you to do is to sell and move on.
