I find it difficult to reconcile you saying that you hold hundreds of thousands of shares and have been accumulating since 2012 and believe that KDNC has potential with your constant criticism of board. If KDNC has such potential does not the board deserve support and even praise not crticism?

Apart from the posters who are trying to undermine share price do I detect a consensus including the “moaners” that KDNC is undervalued and that the completion of Amapa will trigger a substantial increase in value of KDNC?

When I looked at close of business yesterday the buys substanially exceeded sales. Where were the large sales?

I think the problem is a failure by BOD to communicate. We have been made aware of the potential of Amapa and we know that the investment in EMH has a value of about £13m. However shareholders have not been given enough information to value the JVs. KDNC has 30% of some of Yangibana and 30% of much of Sonora; Hastings has a market cap of £200m and BCN has a market cap of £258m In addition KDNC has an investment in lithium assets in OZ. Market cap of KDNC today is £28m. I do not understand the reasons for shareholders not being told the values of these investments.

Spoke to Broker yesterday. He confirmed middle of September.

I have emailed KM and asked him to issue RNS and comment on value of JV.

HAS up 9% in OZ. It would be good to know the impact on value of JV

If Amapa had "failed" the BOD would have to issue RNS.Wwhat was iron ore price when deal was agreed? I think it was lower than now.
And there is no doubt the JVs are worth more.

The shares held by KDNC have a value of about £14m ; market cap £31m. .
IMO the major problem with KDNC is due to poor communication by BOD. No real idea of value of joint ventures, Amapa and no idea of potential of lithium investments in OZ.
