Why are people selling at this price? The placing at 20.5p wasa oversubscribed and even the moaners believe that KDNC is undervalued.
As I recall when there were placings in the past shareholders complained that they were not given opportunity to subscribe. This time shareholders are being given opportunity but there are still moaners. I wish I had a spare £m as KDNC is very vvery cheap at this price.

Mike and others. If you were researching KDNc with a view to making an investment would you be a buyer after reading postings to this board?

Mike.What would you suggest the BOD do? Kiran has made presentations some of them from Beazil. The BOD has issued RNS as things happen. It is up to shareholders to decide on value and if not happy sell and move on. I have met Kiran at investor shows - pre pandemic and spoken to him on telephone and reecived reply to emails. Have you been to AGMs? You have to be proactive. I believe that value will "out".

Sharealot. The rules have changed. WHI reports used to be available on KDNC website but that is no longer allowed. Follow this link https://*********************/dashboard/companies. There is a charge of £8 for three companies.

Mike. I do have an agenda- to see the value of KDNC reflected in share price. I regret that your posts do nothing to help that. I find KDNC does advise shareholders of progress but the BOD does have to abide by rukes and regulations. There has been much informatioin about Amapa and in my opoinion Amapa alone is worth much more than the market cap of KDNC . Read the notes issued by W H Ireland -- target price in December 44p before Amapa confirmed and upside upto 165p.

Barksy. Totally agree. Are the negative posters shareholders? I find Kiran responds to emails - he doesn't give "inside information" but he does make matters clearer.
