where is this talk of placings coming from when they had 24m cash last reporting in aug and only 0.8m debt?? The cash burn is being managed and costs reduced to capex programme spend? please someone enlighten me ?

I tend to agree 42... Too much focus on short termism downside and potential financial squeeze this year but the company fundamentals are strong, and, in my view the CEO is top drawer then way he is managing the bumps in the road. My own investment case is the sector broad macro.. everyone knows that inflation is running hot but politicians and a large proportion of the investment press are bearish gold because of the central banks signalling of rate rises. The CPI measurement is a joke and raising rates even to 2% in short order wont change the fact that M2 money supply is now off the scale.. This is where gold comes into it all as it has down throughout history and specifically in the 1970s.. This time is not different and with gold above 1800 lots of companies are looking for assets atm... finance takes many forms and farm in or more aggressive TOs cannot be ruled out . Suffice to say I remain bullish.

Its a sector issue you just have to look at cmcl or poly charts the next 12 months and overlay it is exactly the same. The market is pricing rate hikes that will deal with inflation.. As a contrarian I dont believe it will end well and with fuel prices continuing to rocket the reduction in discretionary spend levels will start to bite Q2. My investment case here is the next 12 months so although down on paper I continue to add periodically.

I am going to buy this firs thing monday.. already have two other producers and when you overlay the charts the movements correlate perfectly..It is NOT company specific it is; in my view, wrong sector perception of where gold is heading... strong buy this one

time to buy is when people are at their most despondant.. I am very bullish on gold this year as bank rate increased and bond yields will remain negative. The strength of the dollar is a headache but all things being equal I expect gold to do well when the money printing stops ...

Great time to buy and scaling nicely.. with next year guidance up nearly 50% on this year it is a patient bargain now

For me I think the divis will be be under threat in the medium term if they go ahead. The statement to reduce any incurred leverage in the medium term speaks volumes.. On the plus side hopefully they will ditch that PC outfit - ben and jerrys, Caused more damage to the ULVR brand than anything.
