pinch of .....
The selling in my opinion is down to the vacuum of any information. The RNS yesterday was compulsory as the market knew the information before the company. I think Wallbrook PR is a disaster for this company and cannot see what value they bring at all!?
The tech is, without any doubt, brilliant. However that aside the business acumen of directors has yet to be seen at all. They have, either sat on their behinds for 18 months taking a wage (especially the sales executive manager), or are keeping stum for a reason. The market does not like that at all, especially when bears continually raise the issue of future funding for expansion. That is now the elephant in the room and whether it is resolved by debt, licensing, partnerships or a raise will come out in due course, subject to sales.
Too many unanswered questions for many I fear and although I retain a large holding there will come a point where they either demonstrate they have the commercial expertise on this journey, or they will be sold off cheap as investors (me included) will just leave and take the SP with it. That is the dirty deal side.
I agree with Jimzi, it is the start of the journey not the end, but we all need to see more than regulatory milestones we need marketing and, my final point is this is the biggest single problem. For too long they have relied on published research papers for publicity, we know the tech works but the next few months will make or break this investment in my humble opinion. One machine installed last year and they RNS'ed it ... silence is not golden anymore. I am sitting on my hands for now, good luck all
You need to keep conviction. No matter what many say on here Hatch waxman is in essence a commercial moat of he highest order. The polarisers are patent protected worldwide and now the method of administration of the gas is exclusively protected. This is a big deal and one which won't be lost on other companies in the space..Bracco aren't the only ones in this space. We have no TR1's at all since FDA and this should tell you that the company has been retail rinsed.
If you believe the tech stay in.
Hope people got in this morning on the hint! GLA
Here is a thought and of you do your own research you will learn from the FDA site the following:
1. The Orange book detailing exclusivity etc is updated and published on the first of the month.
2. Section 7 of the FAQ on the orange book says that the FDA do not send out letters to NDA holders and just update the book as the means of communication.
3. So we know when to expect updates and oddly enough the company may not even know ahead of time.
Draw your own conclusions as again this may be a red herring

There is no patent on the gas as it is used for multiple applications already. Hatch Waxman covers the application method I think. The polariser and software will have patents. The FDA site on orange book has guidance on it
