Yep that about sums it up Mattewc…. people buy into anything on a ramp and, although the company has cash in th ebank we do not know how much of it will be used up closing down overseas operations..The last trading update warned of a bigger losses this year because of the change of strategy and since then we have had nothing at all from the BOD, save to say their growth plans through acquisition are not going ahead... suffice to say I didn't buy any today and doubt I will again until there is a change to the BOD with some significant skin on the game. I don't know who the seller has been for the past few weeks but I do not that the late Mr Massie had 15m shares so I just hope they are in trust. GLA

The elephant in the room remains the terms of stage 2 financing ... I am happy we will get financing but I do hope this news isn’t just a sweetener for other news to come.. I remain worried that we may face dilution or hard terms for the 600 m shortfall and I think the city is to for now.. it will be an interesting day but I don’t expect any fireworks to last today .. hope I am wrong it’s been a long three years for me in this GLA

my take on this is that the ex-CEO as of this morning had 17m shares remaining after selling 5 m... so, either she stops selling or continues to sell in which case 1.70 is a possibility short term.

that may be the case Nickel... but, and this is the important point for me, any rise will be to service the expanding revenue generating business. Yes, they will need to expand and invest but the growth opportunities here are massive and the market may not be able to keep up with the developments now they have assembled a premier team around them...for me, any dilution will not be bad news as I remain confident that the first mover advantage they have and the licensing deal arrangements will take this company a very long way... I suppose it depends on your timescales and investment style how you judge the risk afterall.. Cheers

you said exactly the same thing yesterday morning... You seem to forget the exercise of warrant funding and low capex nature of the tech... maybe there will be a raise and maybe there wont but unlike most other AIM shares this company doesn't exist to fund the BOD lifestyle. each to their own.

bones, I think we are in a closed period until final results are published...that is probably why they have not named who the new technical director is etc, etc. I may be the end of this month but will need to confirm :)

in short yes Phil, I am subscribing to the view that there has been some lag here from previous quarter and all things being equal patience in now needed into Q2... I have reflected on the RNS for some time and overall happy to stay the course at this level...

Agree with that.. I suppose for me the crux of the issue is whether they can support the finances and expand into cashew without additional debt ... as the production is up at least and they did get a premium in price it isn’t a bad result... not outstanding thou

fingers and toes crossed for this one come Wednesday...….the weather in that region has been ok but the PMO price is still hoovering around the same low price of late last year so it all depends on high volume of fruit really.. I know they did hedge price fluctuations but not sure for how long.... GLA
