Seven Mining Rights Granted for Mbeya Coal to Power Project



Kibo Energy PLC, the multi-asset, Africa focused, energy company, is pleased to announce that it has been granted seven Mining Rights for its Mbeya Coal to Power Project ('MCPP') in Tanzania, further to the announcement dated 9 July 2019.



The Company continues to advance the MCPP in Tanzania, one of its four international power projects, which the board believes represents an exciting opportunity. Accordingly, the application process for seven Mining Licences covering the original Special Mining Licence ('SML') application area has been completed by the Mining Commission, and an Offer Letter for each application has been issued to Kibo's 100% owned subsidiary, Mbeya Coal Ltd, each of which it has subsequently accepted. This constitutes approval and grant of the Mining License applications, subject to Kibo remitting all required statutory payments related to the issuance of a Mining Right.

Gervaise Heddle, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "The results from the recent geophysical surveys at Paterson Range East further advance our knowledge and understanding of an underexplored part of the Paterson which has outstanding potential to host tier-one gold-copper deposits. In particular, the Los Diablos and Prefect targets share very similar geophysical characteristics to Havieron, and appear to be under significantly less cover than Havieron.

"Our systematic exploration programmes across the Paterson Range East and Scallywag prospect areas this year have successfully highlighted a dozen high-priority targets. We look forward to advancing this exciting set of opportunities as we continue to accelerate our exploration activities in the Paterson region."

It’s probably my fault, I sent LC an email yesterday wherein I complained that FE had messed up my application for shares in the placing!
Highly unlikely since the lack of a reply suggests he hasn’t even read it.

Jax a lot of LTH have bought shares at these current prices in an attempt to average down. That money hasn’t ‘gone to pot’ nor loss 95% but you will be happy to see LTH lose this money also?

It is clear to me fstm that you have nothing better to do than antagonise investors, I draw this conclusion from reading your posts on here and VAST. You do not own shares you simply cast a veil of negativity over the bulletin board threads.
