I think there's a lot of pressure being put on brokers to re-open their acceptances - It seems as though BCN aren't getting the acceptances they were anticipating.

Some brokers closed today, so let's see if there's an RNS tomorrow.

If not, let's see if there's an RNS on Monday.

If we don't receive one, we'll know they haven't attained many more.

Both The Board and Ganfeng probably thought this would be a walk in the park, and now it's clear they're getting desperate for acceptances.

It's possible some of the II's can smell a better offer, too.

As far as we're concerned, the tide is in our favour.

The BCN Board have made some very questionable decisions - I don't doubt that for a moment.

And then to capitulate to the first offer? There's another thing nobody expected.

But with regards to cash-calls, this is in one of the documents up in the website (Please don't ask me which one, as I last looked in May). But it's in plain writing that parties can be diluted in lieu to making a cash-call.

My argument has always been that Ganfeng can put a high Capex and simply dilute. What we know, is that BCN did very badly with anti-takeover clauses etc. Lithium Americas seem to have done a good job, and had the foresight to protect themselves. I don't think that protection is there with either BCN or KDNC.

I asked EV_Bull what he would expect - £20 million was his figure, not mine.

I value Sonora a lot higher, as it's a fully explored/developed resource. It just needs to be built. In terms of selling you'd have to be a fool to sell this for anything lower than 50% of the NPV - Especially when there's a lot more resource to be mined that aren't in the studies.

In your talks to the CEO, did you ask him what he could do if Ganfeng asked for a £300 Million Cash-Call with 60 days notice?

The point being, is Ganfeng won't play nice.

That's about what EV_Bull would expect/accept.

If the rest of the KDNC shareholders have a similar outlook, I think you'll end up in a worse position than BCN holders if Ganfeng have their way.

Most likely is a low-ball offer (which the likes of EV_Bull would be satisfied with) or an untimely cash-call to dilute dramatically dilute KDNC.)

Of course, the above is my opinion based on what I've read from KDNC's shareholders, and Ganfeng's behaviour with BCN.

I don't have ill-will (unlike others) to other private shareholders - But you guys genuinely need to get prepared, because I don't particularly trust your CEO, and I don't know where this false confidence with Ganfeng is coming from.

I'm still not sure why you think Ganfeng will be doing KDNC any favours?

They'll mine the current concession, and then issue an untimely cash-call to KDNC to dilute them. There's no reason whatsoever for Ganfeng to be interested in carrying KDNC, just like they didn't want to carry Bacanora...

Unless you feel Cadence has something of value to bring to the table?

And don't say they hold licences, because those can be wiped out/diluted very easily...

I don't think this takeover is going quite to plan...

We recently crowdfunded enough to contact the vast majority of private shareholders.

We have written to almost all the private shareholders on the register of interests, and the letters are now starting to land in people's post boxes.

Now we will see how people respond.

Think I need to speak to the takeover panel regarding why it's acceptable for them to stop with the updates, but continue to receive acceptances.

Either freeze it, or don't - No half measures.

Having said that, takeover panel rules tend to favour the offeree, rather than shareholders.

What I do know, is this reeks of weakness for the Ganfeng offer.

Not cleared Mexican Anti-trust...
