When a deal is struck, and assuming JV and sonewhere along the line cash needs to be raised to fund the project;£3 to £5 min share price, all day long. I know higher figures have been floated around but holders with let say 30000 @ £4 that's family/life changing money.

Those with a few hundred thousand it's probably retirement.
