LTH I do get the frustrations the cogs of the legal system do appear to turn very very slowly . I am sure the light at the end of the tunnel is within an arms reach.

This is what I like about PAT Bod , it's structured, calculated and proportional to the situation.

Many other AIM companies just dilute the sp by releasing millions if not billions of shares to try and bail themselves out.

Caterham I am no expert but I thought if you held them for 24 months before you die they are free of inheritance tax?

Next tax year its anything over £3k...no inheritance tax on aim shares as far as I am aware
