If I recall correctly somebody on here got a direct response from MB which stated ( or very similar) the 6 months only applied to Bit when country v country cases not business v country..

Agree sit back for a while. Looks like the early settlement is out the window using current available info.

From a personal point I could do with this ticking up some what by the end of June.

I noticed it looks like 4 weeks from end of auction before first payment.

Lots of ifs & buts in that doc that Matt linked us too. I have no experience with analysing this type of auction but seemed a bit 'shabby & lacking in detail for somebody to spend a billion plus dollars on...

I have been hear 12 months never seen a TR1 sell...though I would blame any of the BOD if they did considering reduced salary.
