Similar thing happened about 12 months ago...I remember it well..I bottled it ..sold sold sold...bit later someday I got my nerves back in check and bought everything back ..cost me a bit as price had gone back up.

Some one either needed some cash pretty quickly or lost patience.....

I agree Cacher..I bought around £2k worth at around average .42p..I honestly thought share would go considerably...but it is what is ..I think they could push for more but at least it's not a loss.

@ejt..fully agree ..in regards to your last paragraph I still reckon the 'contract' along with local applicable taxes is ( unless it's been changed for the 3 rd attempt at auction) has satisfied registered bidders.

I Hope for all parties a good deal is reached this month & everyone can move on.

I get your point Gall..but companies who are bidding at auction ( I think others have said this) maybe be getting advice from their own lawyers..look so far I think we have had 3 dates now for the auction process...something isn't right with something

Maybe just maybe with all the twists and turns in the auction process..it might not even go ahead until this little claim problem is resolved?..

@machiissmo..to be fair to PAT.. an rns every month plus, I think all emails/calls from sh answered.

If we are negotiating with GoI then I am sure a professional & diplomatic approach is the order of the day.

If we get to court then fair enough ..no punches need pulling.

@Pk ..I am still confused about if/when the auction has/will take place.

More recent press articles seem to indicate it was completed a week or two ago..though nothing has been published as far as I can tell on the outcome...

Unless of course it's the UT trade..even so ..on rns it should be going up imo.
