Perhaps a good opportunity to have a top up! I havn't seen the RNS yet so am not aware of the finer points, do you think any of the fundamentals have changed?? Have there been many sells today? This firm has never been a one man band so lets hope for steady future progress. However because of its products and position in the markets this will not go unnoticed and there will be other co's running their slide rules over the figures to see if they can pick up a great company at a knock down price - while the BOD's eye is off the ball.

No ideas why they would want to sell - but it is good to see some share price momentum following the sale . Sometimes BOD sales have a negative effect on the share price. Lets hope it continues north. Very good divi today as well.

Thanks Jackabite. I know you are a strong fan of JPR - but you seem to have been AWOL recently, so it is good to know you are still there and have up to date information for the rest of us. Any more updates will of course be helpful if and when they are available.

What is going on with JPR. 750,000 sold in large tranches. Nothing bought all morning. Are people loosing their nerve with this one or just their patients. Any good news on the horizon??

Very unusual. Over subscribed? I received all my allocation and they took all my money! This doesn't make sense if it was 40% over-subscribed. Any views or news? However heads down now for the long haul. No silly speculation from the BOD. Don't expect big share price rises or divi's for a (long) while. We just want a good co. to do its dirty business and come good one day. The worst things to happen would be 1) get taken over for a very low figure, the BOD are capable of that - the take over co would just need to offer the BOD a golden thingy ma jig and they would take it. or 2) another mismanagement mess from the BOD. Have they learned from their past mistakes?? The jury is still out!!

Thanks EP. So I guess any money will be returned over the w/e (unless they bank with Nat. West!!) I had tried to get my average down to a realistic level but it looks like I have been thwarted a little. Good luck with your investments.

Interesting thought Optimus. I don't know the answer! Is the meeting to approve the return of 3.5p per share or a sum equivalent to 3.5p per share?? If it is the latter then we will get slightly less than 3.5p. Good point - not long to wait to find out though! It will be interesting to see what happens to the share price in the weeks following the dividend. I guess it will go down the last week of June then creep back up after that. I think it is still a good buy and long term hold. However is it good enough to reinvest the 3.5p into C21?

When do we get our allocation of shares to trade. The money went a few days ago and they have announced the terms of the allocation so it should be very soon. No TEG trades yet today as I can see on my delayed board.

Every penny - you don't hold PVCS or AV then!! It could be worse, believe me!! I have two spare days a week and would willingly put them right for petrol money and a sandwich, but alas they employ so called consultants on big bucks and believe every word the silly whatsits say. It is a low value, high volume business not a high tec smoke and mirrors high value business. Therefore you have to run the business as if it is your own - with care and simplicity. The newly issued employee share issues represent only about a 0.7% dilution of the 93 million shares in issue so very negligible. Why wasn't it raised at the agm? It is normal to buy these small numbers of shares in the market and hold them as treasury shares before issue, so why didn't they do that? It all seems a bit financially niaive. Anyway still a great company with very good share price prospects. Fill yoiur boots on any share price weakness - if ever there is one!! IMO -GLA

Any news or views on the acceptances of the offers yet? A little worrying that the share price is down this am closer to the 3p offer price. I hope the big investors don't let us down as low take up will depress the price below the offer price. If take up of the open offer is low it will have the same effect. The interesting thing is TEG is a good company doing what is needed and should be supported, it should make a steady return - for ever!! However something is preventing it for giving that return on capital which would give the investors a steady (probably never stellar) return. I paid far too much a long time ago not knowing the BOD were trying to make TEG a 'fancy co', rather than a steady hold for a long time co, with a reasonable pay back for loyal investors. We live and learn - in hope. Good luck in the future for all TEG loyalists.

Organic growth - always the best way to develop a company, good product, good company - well run etc. Is there any competition out there?

what a mean trick. To buy the debt Tuesday night and pull the plug wed am. I suppose it will come down to asset stripping, however I thought that was now only seen in history books. If cc has been pushed to the wall for a relatively small amount of loan (not the 30 million in full) then RBS and Barcs should be ashamed to have sold the cc debt on knowing the likely scenario. Who are American Greetings? I hate them!!

Well riddler you didn't have to wait long for C21 to break 19p, although I don't what has triggered the interest? Lets hope it is good information that is causing the rise. Have you herd any whispers? We know Peter Gullyhammer has been stake building but more than that it would be good to know. Good about the special divi and the chance of ongoing annual ones. I hope to go to the AGM this year to hear what the plans are for the next phase of development.

This seems to have gone under most peoples radar. Special divi of 3p and the hint of regular dividends ongoing, with a cash generative business ready to expand deeper into Europe. A good portfolio of business support services at the sharp end of the market with products that give quick payback to the businesses who buy them. Good long term share - I have been trying to work out who could front a takeover, venture capitalist or a transport co? That would really get the wind into the share prices sales. I am a long term hold of the shares as I think they will now be good with steady returns .

KCOM is proving to be a nice little oasis in my portfolio, surrounded by a sea of red. The JPMC upgrade has yet to take its most active affect although I'm sure they are not just building castles in the sand. It will soon be results update time and the next divi will help maintain momentum. Europe worries spooking the wider market - get the German and French elections out the way and the implosion can get underway (IMO!) The PIGS will trot off and get their snouts in a different trough- the outcome will have an initial bloodbath, but will quickly settle down to give European financial stability, and the PIGS will be able to trade with their devalued currency - to their major benefit. By this time next year they will be saying - why didn't we do this months ago! Oh I forgot - they would have missed out on £360 billion euros!!!! Good luck to us small investors. (its a little difficult to get good advice on this board - people who have first hand info do not seem willing to share it - or at least I can't find it!!) Any help?

An interesting day - even an historic one! Years ago my first online share trade was 15000 shares in a company called 'Toad' they had called at home to fit an average quality radio, good service, polite young lad, good price etc. So I bought in and paid 18p for each share! The price went up a few % before it all went horribly wrong - big time and for a long time. When it hit 5p I topped up again, the company changed direction and the rest is well documented. It is good to see I have shares in a 'going somewhere' company. So I am pleased to see I have broken even today on my first online share deal after many many years!

No news of a dividend then? is the spare cash going into development or can we expect some cash back from C21 in the future. I thought the dividend issue was going to be cleared up with the 2011 results.
