dgm looking at trades today up 8% on for arguements sake8m buys it means if they were infact 5mdown on the day yeserday they should have been 28% down.I deduce from this 1 the mms set the price not always to the trades or their is something else going on today or yeterday not yet shoen or announced!

dgm still wondering how they wer able to x at same price yesterdayof 5.5,is it not normally the middle price?

d gm wonder if 22.41% is eneough to attract Sunday press coverage?

dgm 250k just gone throzgh @6.50 lets hope things are gonna move.NOT SURE but htink market starts to get excited when they see holdings of 23%+

DGM Only substantial holdings have to be reported and if 5m were held by individual they do not amount to 3.?% that counts as substantial.2X 5M went through at same time this could be major holder or hit level that has to be reported.Im wondering now being as Ispire has on last 2 ocasions bought xtrades is it difficult to place orders for large buys?Wondering if they can reserve the 10m on t10 basis from mm?Market hasnt been set on fire with latest announcement but Im holding and still very optimistic!

DGM As I thought the other 10m were sells!At below bid price perhaps because of size.We are going in the right direction but at a slower pace than you had hoped for.

dgm I too am optimistic but not so sure things are going quiet so quick.From the sp DROP yesterday it could be 10m salrs and 5m buys.This would account for 3.8% drop in sp.Im hoping I-SPIRE picked up the 5m xtrade and I think mms were holding 10m yesterday.Saw you were all very optimstic that I SPIRE had picked up the 15m but without rns or the sight of 10m buys Icant quiet get my head round it.Hoping to see the buys today.Iwas out most of the day yesterday but got the gist.If anyone could point me in the right direction if Ive missed anything or if my logic is wrong Iwould be grateful!

dgm good mprning GedW,thanks for all the footprints.Trying to get my head round them.Rules 1.15 1.17 1.18,is there apossibility if dgm feel like there shares are undervalued and there is a predator about to take advantage they could ask for suspension?

dgm not very experienced with these takeover games but it dosnt yet look like investors are rushing in to buy before I-Spire.Maybe they have nerves of steel?

dgm they have to wait 7 days.People have been saying Tue I have questioned if it is Wed.It is now a game of wits I think(if they want to increase stake)If investors pile in maybe they will get nervous and buy quickly?If investors are jittery and pile out they will give them the oportunity to buy cheaper.Idid eexpect to see some buying back in late today.All sorts of questions maybe I-Spire has to raise or secure funds.Although they have to wait 7 days they can leave it as long as they like.Only what I think!

idd well put Dinky Iwould just like to point out that experienced people do not only push there shares but try to give us valuable advice.They should not be made to feel that when they stick there neck out that somebody is waiting to chop their head off!If anybody follows carefully they will note that there have been times when we have been warned that a stock in an upward trend would dip and we could sell and buy cheaper.If we choose through greed or fear not to sell our stock why does the messenger get shot when the stock dips?

idd Fletch sorry to hear you are frustrated.Have you considered that some of the stories have been running for months-years even and as a newcomer maybe you havnt understood the full context.IDD eg went from .5-4.85!I wouldnt call that nothing.There are some people on this site whose experience knowledge and expertise are invaluable,if you stick around you will find we all try to be honest and fair .Only 1 or 2 troublemakers.You will soon learn who``s who.Most importantly read follow if you like but do your own research and make your own mind up and only blame yourself if it goes wrong.Wish you good luck!

hi Tim have been thinking of you all day,when they droppedto 6.75 I thought I would see more people buying back in.It appears they are being very brave and waiting for more of a drop on monday,dont forget there isnt a Mr KM this time,and some people may worry if I-Spire has funds.Im gonna hang around a while because I dont think they would have increased there stake here just for the fun of it.I knew exactly what was going on today and did not panic but wasnt really in a position to join you I paid 8 and am holding and I took a t20 trade@7.If they go higher I might be more daring!Well done you did it!Good luck !Fingers xed more will re-enter Monday,Im slightly confused as to whether I-SPIRE can buy before Tue orWed?I suppose they will not be punctual and it could be a giddy ride,they also want to buy as cheap as poss.Not for the faint hearted who blame everybody else when it dosnt go like clockwork!Anyway well done!

CSH Havnt had time for a lot of research here but it seem from todays rns that that could have been in price since 29.9.05.In which case could be a nice dead cat bounce over next couple of days.Any body in the know here or any views?

dgm remember HHO when stakes were being increased,it went afew times to app 3.30 annd back to under 3.Some of us took the opportunitty to top up in the dips,the sharper and the brave sold atevery peak and bought the dips again.If there are delays instake building(if any stake building)there could be bigger dips.Be careful of Sunday press if the story gets bigger if your out over weekend and they blow it up!If you followed footprints GedW said this would happen and advised accordingly!There soon wont be so many peole who bought under 6 to worry about.Good luck all
