DGM hi there like all of us I hope you are not right!I am more inclined to think that the timing of Hambros last buywill play a major role and give massive leverage inthe price if it comes to a bid + there are so many other plays why would I spire buy 22.41% of 1 company?By middle of next week we should see next moves dont think we have anything to worry about here

dgm like many of you I have had difficulty finding out much about Ispire their holdings and finances.Ihave been looking at the advn site where there are quiet a lot of hearsay reports and a 2nd hand reported Gaurdian report.Do appreciate this is not the same as rns or company reports.A read throughwould suggest that they are aggressive when it comes to taking over another company,that they have the funds and that they want to use funds quickly.

dgm from what I understand they have to declare holdings change by the latest at close of play the following day ie today.If stock is picked up after hrs it can be counted as the next days trade which is why it sometimes appears to take 48 hrs.IN this case though I-spire could only buy yesterday .No expertonly remembering previous footprints from those that do understand

dgm when they increase stake by whatever amount they then have 7 day cooling period

DGM you could be right but I-Sire need to think about the price next Thursday.Hence if people take profits Mon or Tue it would be good if they got back in before Thur and not let the price drop so far again.
