Tellworth short position13 Feb 2023 10:56
Hello,
I am back invested here but not underwater.
A question - when Tellworth opened/increased their short position on 20/1 and subsequently increased this on 23/1 it would appear to have been unprofitable to do so based on current price. The increase in % position on 2/2 and 3/2 was presumably around the 50p mark which is marginally favourable based on current price. These guys can only be doing ok probably if they opened their position at say 0.4% way back in August when price was above 60p. I am casually interested in knowing at what price they 'acquire' the shares i.e. is this info publicly available? Also what premium is involved in the transactions? What is an acceptable return for a shorter? Maybe someone can do more mathematical analysis or shoot me down whatever - I can take it (unlike some)
Any insights appreciated
I reckon they should cut and run frankly but ,then again, all of us positively invested here would say the same.
imho dyor blah blah blah
