CGNR's 5 million shares in KDR are only worth £65k.

Each time they have released an updated resource it has been a reduction in ounces.

Post 2017 resource, they did infill drilling - no resource update announced.

The Demir JV drilled step outs - no resource update announced.

It is not a very good project - it is too low grade for refractory gold and potential for expansion has never been proven.

They are now looking at conceptual new, deep and non-refractory exploration rather than developing Clontibret, which stalled over 10 years ago and hasn't budged since for good reasons.

We now know that Marion visited the booth at PDAC when she worked for Barrick = "interest from majors".

You may not have read the AAZ announcement. It was not an "offer". It was a heads of agreement, equity was exchanged as warrants, cash was put in escrow, JV structure was agreed. Only way out was for AAZ to pull out and let Conroy talk to Demir. It's that simple.

If it was a "good faith" and "best endeavours" arrangement then it's little wonder noone is doing business with them.

Perhaps you can point to where that sequence of events is documented, for the record and to put things in fact.

Non execs are not expected to manage the business. That's for the exec team. And the CGNR exec team has always been a red flag.

They have no money to do anything newsworthy.

No new gold results since Feb last year. Demir decided a JV was not investible after AAZ previously walked away. But the company has signalled they can only fund it with another JV which is a tough sell. All the early enthusiasm about MM's appointment evaporated fast.

Seems unlikely and priced accordingly.

Latest economics dated Dec 2011. The company is not serious about development, never has been. Current strategy is to explore for conceptual targets. Going nowhere.

The public inquiry, run by Northern Ireland's Planning Appeals Commission, will hear weeks of evidence on everything from air quality to transport to environmental concerns.

The panel will then write a report and make a recommendation to Stormont's Infrastructure minister. At present that is Sinn Féin's John O'Dowd. Sinn Féin, as a party, says it is opposed to the development.

The minister has the final say on whether to approve the project.

It is pivotal as it sets precedent for gold mining proposals on the island of Ireland, north and south of the border. It is underground, high grade, non refractory and cyanide free. Things that CGNR's projects aint.
