Of course it is not a hoax. But Clontibret does not stack up as a project and prior to Marian leaving the emphasis was on a high grade, non refractory exploration concept. This will not attract a £4m deal when the whole company is worth only £1.4m and the technical risk is very high.

KDR won't get £4m either for their NI sheep pasture.

£4m is not a realistic number. The Demir JV killed off the potential and there are not the personnel now to present a credible exploration outlook.

Not sure why you think the management are clever by accruing salaries as debt.. You think they will convert it to paper? It's worthless.
