It's a tough pitch to persuade investors, after 25 years and many millions of € spent "prospecting" resulted in a subeconomic and shrinking refractory gold resource, to start all over again and invest more millions looking for a high grade non refractory orebody that may or may not exist at an unknown depth and unknown location, somewhere along the second best gold trend on the island of Ireland. Maybe there will be some antimony, just like they said 10 years ago.

They have a good reputation for underground zinc mines.

But gold mines? Dalradian permitting is a big uncertainty for the rest of the sector. Add open pit, waste volumes and cyanide in this first world social setting and it is extremely complex. Any projects on the market more complex than this?

Gold exploration is still very investible. Just not on the island of Ireland. All eyes on the Dalradian planning developments in 2025. That's a high grade underground proposal, without cyanide. Everything that Clontibret is not.

Moleman it's up to investors to inform themselves of risks and the competencies of management teams to deliver. Companies and their directors put their best foot forward. It's the London market that's broken, AIM in particular - no regulatory oversight of the standard of disclosures.

Is that what you expected / hoped for? He seems like a helluva nice guy but has no experience in the mining sector never mind leading a cash-strapped junior with subeconomic geology in one of the most complex permitting environments in global exploration.

Amounts owing to directors increased by €300k, rising to €3,300k total meaning the bulk of director emoluments were not drawn but are owing. So the high salaries accrue as debt, which answers the question of how they've been managing to cover their costs with so little money. Also clear now how that extraordinary level of debt has racked up. Don't think they'll ever see payment. Strange way to do business, charge a company high salaries that it can't afford to pay then have it build up as a huge liability.

Total wages were €456k. Not clear if this includes director fees but assume not, so deduct the "Salary" portion of exec director remuneration of €294k, leaves €162k for non-director salaries. According to the report there were 6 employees in "Exploration and Evaluation" and 2 in "Corporate management and administration". €162k across 6 technical employees doesn't amount to very much per head. Speaks to the disproportionate amount of shareholders funds going to non technical management and you can see why there have been no resource ounces added in 16 years of exploration.

Give them a break, according to the combined KDR & CGNR salaries, the execs only spent 30% of their time on KDR last year. Hard to attend to everything when the chairman and md only collected €145k from KDR.
