Russia complained Ukrainian cheese didn't meet Russian standards. Russia and Ukraine have been in a cheese war. Until that ends, UKR's historical major market cannot be developed. Declining consumer spending power affected domestic sales. Though restrictions were lifted, checks still affect exports and UKR never really recovered. I got out of this about even at 12. This won't get better for a while IMHO- EU is broke and has its own cheese producers to protect and won't encourage UKR to export to Europe. I asked the BOD years ago about going for the Chinese milk market. Maybe these things take time. Obvious long term potential but I was looking for more movement upwards and less risk

Thought I'd look and see how it was doing .... is it my imagination or is some confidence returning to SOME mining stocks? I just bought into another mining share today. I'd forgotten all about this one .... hope you do alright here. It seems an OK company.

at jjust the right time. I sold at 9 a few days ago. I have afew bills to pay and I was up on this but had no idea it would take a bit of a tumble ... but I DO believe gold will bounce back soon along with the mining sector as a whole. GLA.

In The East, there is demand for gold ... see here http://www.bernama.com/bernama/v7/bu/newsmarkets.php?id=1004104 yet all the Western Press seem to be talking about gold about to end the year with its highest annual fall for some years (since 1981?) and how the "recovering economy" is making equities more interesting and as tapering continues interest rates will rise. Why is the western media trying to paint such a gloomy picture for gold? Western governments' currencies are vulnerable .... are we supposed to prop them up? does that mean gold should be demonised? .... or do states want the price low so they can deal in gold buying at the lowest price?

So, if I get this right, loads of PHRM's "opted-in" users are people who don't know they're opted-in but simply don't have enough protection of their PCs to flag PHRM's "malware"? So in theory, PHRM's RNS announcements could switch "opted-in users" for "people whose PCs we have infected"? Keep posting!!

Thanks to SuperShark, PHRM is one share I am unlikely ever to own again. Until I see some evidence it has made a profit, forget it!!

probably the greatest economist the UK has ever produced is on PHRM's board. I cannot understand why there are so many negative comments on this BB.

No horrendous RNS announcements I can see though the typos in the last RNS are shocking ... you'd think they'd proof read RNS announcements even if it was to just create the facade they were literate .... the RNS sounds upbeat to me ....

We just owe it to others to warn them as we were warned .... PHRM will run out of planet to "test" soon .... any company with a future would have thrived in Europe, Brazil etc.. why are they still asking for money instead of paying dividends?

knows more about this company than most and, on a finite planet, PHRM will run out of countries in which to start up. They seem to have an amazing knack for breaking the law wherever they go and just don't sem able to make any money. There are other companies in which you can invest that are less risk laden

I think it's too hard to identify boom shares and don't trust those who say they can. I just think this had fallen too far and bought in. Looks like ithers saw the shares as cheap at this price as well.

I think watching "the market" is the safest bet .. not that it gets things right all the time but I've noticed recently lots of positivity based on nothing, assumptions everything that's good that could happen will happen. I bought into this because i thought it had reached the bottom of it's range. Whilst here, I'll learn more about the share and this BB.

No, I can't post any research but if this is "ramper / de-ramper" free BB then that suits me fine. I like to have my dosh working for me so I like it invested in something. it seems a common strategy of gangs is to encourage the weak willed to hold perhaps so they can be first to sell ... I've grown wary of believing anything I read on these boards ... gla

It looked as if it was about to "turn" and I'm afraid I will be selling when I see profit. I noticed treacle's comments about "gangs" on LSE. If I suspect one's hammering a BB in a share I own, it puts me off and I tend to take profit ASAP and leave. TBH, I don't know much about RIA and don't get attached to shares anymore but director buy ins are usually a good sign in the absence of any RNS ... gla!

makes some good points and is a prophylactic against rampers ..... I'm afraid there are a lot of post on many BBs from people who have posting everyday for ages "the RNS will come any day and the results will be fantastic" .... well I got out of PHRM with a bit of profit and went in search of shares that do not involve having your money lying around doing nothing ... yes PHRM MAY get great results from China BUT, as I said a while ago, they have a track record of NOT making a go of every territory they touch and soon they will run out of planet to operate in .... if they can't touch anywhere in the EU, Brazil went wrong etc., it doesn't look good. I'm happy to accept some people on here may know something that means PHRM makes sense and they may be right ... I really hope they are ... it'll be interesting to see how PHRM goes ... if people bought in dead cheap, they could make quite a lot of money but that needs EITHER PHRM to release RNS that encourages a buying spike or even better, actually make a profit ... each to their own but SuperShark's posts are at least as valid as anyone else's
