The thing that does worry me is what effect this will have on the order delivery times and also the loss of staff if they are leaving, it is not easy to replace staff in the gulf quickly there are numourous hurdles to jump through before you even get them on-site, also end of service benefit will have to be paid, i would hope that this has been provisioned for as it has accrued. Most importantly the memo indicates that this is a further round of redundancies? Rule #1 is make sure you dont have to come back for more as the pain is extended even further for the staff and therefore the company.
